Yeah... most Farmers are going to avoid those.
Most ppl avoid those enemy types to begin with. Why would they want to fight an 8man spawned map full of those & bosses ontop of it. Most farmers complain about being mezzed by Family, heaven help them against Death Mages, Wisp Overlords, Fortunata Seers, Warhulks... yeah, I dont see Farmers being too excited about this.
Now thats not to say some of us wont enjoy it, but the farmer looking to maximize his influence / hour... not so much.

We are doing it over a few days. That said, when my son wakes up in the night with nightmares, or my daughter wets the bed. Or when I have to suddenly run to the drug store for XYZ I have to leave for a chunk of time. There is a reality to being a gamer with a family. The family comes first. If I don't feel like I can react to these minor household emergencies (which when you have a 4 and a 6 year old your house is full of) then i can't do it.

WOOOOOOT!!! No more "will you anchor for me" requests!!! SWEET!!! However...
1. Most Farmers spawn maps for 6 & not 8 due to the abundance of Bosses
2. Most farmers use SJ (Inertial Redux) as their only mode of transportation... good luck with that in the Shard.
3. Most farmers prefer to NOT hop from mish door to mish door, because it wastes valuable farming time.
4. Most farmers prefer the large outdoor maps, not too many of those on the Shard TFs
5. They could log out of the game and then log back in to reset a map... but how is that any different than what they do already? This changes very little in that regard
If you are going to complain about something, pick a valid example... your "you actually made farming EASIER for RMT farmers" is complete BS.

Um Wrong... the softloading of the Villian Respec, LRTF, STF alone warrants this change.
And its not like the NPCS dont indicate that you need 'X' Number of players to run a TF

You do realize I've done this so far with Stone Armor/Super Strength (Tanker) and Fire/Fire Brute? Next is probably going to be a Corruptor. If they start nerfing, they may as well do another global nerf cause I can do this with any character.

Allow me to dismiss this myth right now.
I have my lvl 40 Fire / Eng Dominator. And yes Imps deal very nice damage. However, there is one thing most of you are overlooking. Something that I hope the devs take into account. Dominator's are NOT at their fullest potential till they have Domination qued. Imps dealing massive damage means less damage my Dom can dish out. Ultimately it means longer I have to go before my Domnination bar is charged to full. I suppose in a sick & twisted way its a trade off, but still. Nice to know that as soon as I summon my imps I just shot myself in the foot as far as charging my Domination bar goes. -

I see NO problem with the spawn rate as it currently stands. It took me 2+ months to redo all the levels when I rerolled. So, this is perfect compensation. When are you all going to realize this? The way its designed right this minute is to factor in all the pain & suffering that those of us who choose reroll had to go through. Period. End of discussion. I (being one of the adamant anti-isolator crowd) and very pleased with this implementation. Deal. -

I too pride myself on not dieing. After all I grew up on arcade games where everytime you died you have to put a quarter into the machine to continue. Its a habit Ive adopted and I strive to play all games the same way. Thus I avoid debt as much as possible. Always have and always will. -

Well allow me to add my 2 cents. I just ran my first Mayhem Mission (sorry, had been working on the 4th debt badge for the past few days)
Anyways I was running it with my MM on Relentless and destroying everything in site. Had completed 2 side quests and was about to enter my 3rd. Time at this point was down to 16min. Upon clicking the 3rd side quest door, the mission locked up and CoV crashed. After the game verified image and reloaded and then rezoned. I was down to 5 min. So I hauled to the bank thinking I may still have a chance. After blowing the vault door and grabbing the loot, Overhaul comes. She conned as a +3 Boss. Remember, I'm on Relentless but this time around I hadnt touched a single thing. NOTHING. Not even a single box. Just ran straight to the vault (even bypassed the guards in the lobby).
So I think there may be some merit to the Boss / EB / AV depending on how much of a rucus you create. Either that or I got damn lucky with just a boss on Relentless -

Demonic, it appears that its not an Accolade that most of us are familar with from CoH side. It has no clickable power. It doesnt show up in the power listings like accolade powers do. It mentions that it provides protection from all damage, yet how does one activate it? Did I miss something or is this a new kind of accolade that we are going to need to figure out how to get it to work? Does anyone with this Accolade have the clickable power for it? -

I dont disagree. My Fire / Eng dom ROCKS in PvE... SOLO. As we have stated many times over on the Dominator Forums: the general CoV crowd frowns upon teaming with a Dominator. Mainly cause they are ill informed of what we are capable of. We have sort of a bad rep on Live.
The fact is the vast majority of any combination of Primary / Secondary from any CoV AT will outperform all but the best Dominators (players not FOTMs, lmao like a dom set would be FOTM).... UNTILL Domination is up and running. Then (and only then) do we as an AT truely shine and ppl take notice. However, most of us have gotten to the point where we sit on a fully charged Domination bar. This isnt helping us one bit. Why? Simple, ppl arent seeing what we are truely capable of. Now if Domination recharged quicker AND it was easier to charge the bar.... then less Dominators would sit on a full bar and would be more inclined to actually use thier Inherent. Eventually ppl would start to take notice of what we are capable of.
Ofcourse the other option is to keep Domination as is and just boost the AT as a whole, as others have stated. -

I fully expect to get flamed for saying this (because I have been saying the same thing and getting flamed for it for 3-4 months now) but doms really need to present a united front to the devs in saying that we need changes. As long as the dom board presents a happy world where everything is wonderful and naysayers get flamed till their toenails are curling, we are not likely to be high on the priority list for buffs.

And yet you STILL dont get it. We dont need a complete overhaul like you think. What we need is some tweaks. VIABLE Tweaks. No reducing the recharge time on Domination IS NOT a viable tweak. Thats the problem. Period.
Increased Damage
Increased charging of Dom bar (maybe 4pts per attack in PvE)
Increased control duration
Increased mag or perhaps the controllers 2nd inherent (the ability to crit on a hold)
Any of these would have been viable solutions for PvE... we got none.
Complete overhaul of the AT, nope.. wrong way to go about it. Viable tweaks... Yes!!!

I beg to differ, we do agree. I dont think any toon created after the 1yr anv deserves that badge, nor any toon after the halloween event, nor any toon created post any event. Isolator is only different in that its placement was in the tutorial. So how do you overcome that, simple... create a new toon. No toon post the 1yr anv will ever have that badge, just like no toon created pre-I2 will have isolator. -

Anytime you start a new character you are sacrificing time.. the time to lvl up to 50 through content you have already experienced... With ONE cavet.... you get to expereince whatever has been newly added since you last lvld a toon to 50. Case in point, it would have been Isolator badge. Deal. I didnt twist anything... just using your own logic. If you are willing to lvl a new toon to 50 (as you state since you say you have more than one 50) then why not lvl a toon to 50 starting at I2? Or did I miss something?
People, people, people.... you all had a choice to make at I2... earn Isolator or not... Burnin Up you choose not to. Why punish those who did? -
