I'm with Lady J on this one. Most tattoo artists are very reluctant to ink someone with someone else's art. From the sound of what you want, it would be a lot easier if you talked to the guys at the parlor and have them work something up with you.

If you click on the 'Weapons Customization' link on that page, you'll get to a page that has them all (except for the Crey blasters for Robotics Masterminds). Problem solved.

That's Atta's 'throne'. It's the 'boss room' of the Hollows' mission, 'Stop Atta the Troll' (can't remember the exact name). The Troll tunnels the mission takes place in are loaded with all kinds of junk.

Annie Mayhem is a slight Asian grrl, pink hair up in twin buns. Her specialties are recreational chemstry and gunplay, usually using her twin automatics, which she keeps well maintained. She dresses in a mix of punk, biker, and 'otaku', in black and red.
