Well, until the devs fix this problem, I'd suggest that everyone start up, quit out, and 5 star all the existing 999+ arcs that are currently 4 starred. With enough of us actively trying, we should be able to force an HoF back into 4.5 territory long enough for us to get these badges.

How to stay at 4.5 stars...

If you get a 4, just get one 5 to fix it.
If you get a 3, just get two 5's to fix it.
If you get a 2, just get five 5's to fix it.
If you get a 1, just get seven 5's to fix it.
If you get a 0, just get nine 5's to fix it.

Hello, all. I thought I'd speak up in my defense. I am the Green Dwarf that Venture is speaking about. From the outset, I told everyone I knew that I would 5 star everything as I just didn't want to intentionally grief anyone in this game. When @Jake Summers slammed my arc so badly, I tried to reason with him to no avail. In the end, I told him I would reduce my fives that I had given him to the same scores he thought I deserved. And I thought that was the end of it. Well, I was wrong. For four days, I have received praise and kudos for my storyline. This afternoon, I suddenly started getting low stars with no comments from a lot of people. I can only attribute this fact to this flame from Venture. I doubt I will ever write another story arc after this. I will leave my arc up for those who care to play it for its merits and I'm sorry if my actions offended anyone.
