Part of the statistic discrepancy (a large part, actually) comes down to basic human nature. A negative experience with game CS is something people will naturally want to complain about, and they will also naturally tend to remember it.

When CS get things right, it's not memorable and not worth reporting.

Only when CS goes above and beyond for some reason, because of some very specific circumstances, will you get a thread start out like this one did. It's notable that the thread has elicited a few positive responses that otherwise would not have ever been made, actually.

It's not perfect, and there are definitely areas for improvement (such as eliminating the incorrect language responses), but it's no where near as bad as it's made out to be either.

The leak was at most 12 hours early, so there's no point in building big theories based on it having been a leak really.

I wouldn't read too much into the timing. NCsoft as a whole had a huge month in April, with anniversaries and announcements and new product releases. In some ways it made sense to wait to announce Going Rogue in order to separate it out and not have it be fighting for attention with other things.

Been thoroughly enjoying a new Stone/Kin Controller (pacted with a Stone/Stone Tanker), hit 24 last night. So much time available to just do whatever ... which is both good and bad, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts.

When I'm online there's a good chance I'll be up for doing TF's and SF's and such, and I'm happy to add folks from the forums to my global list.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, I'm now @Thylacine in game. Will find me on my Zombie/Dark MM Jacqueline Hyde on Villains or the above-mentioned 'troller Mineraloid on Heroes.

Look forward to seeing many of you in-game . Thanks once again for all the well wishes (both here and via other means).

Mission Architect is sending feedback about missions to an account that has not published any missions.

Guessing this is probably due to an US account and an EU account having the same @global, however surely the system should still know who to send the feedback to?
