yeah mine was a little smaller because I cropped them to be the same size and resized it so it wouldn't be too big a file. But I really like having it that big .. you see more details.

Pretty sweet Kat. That came out great. I love the light reflections in Kat's leather suit.

Really nice ... and that is why I gave my /DA spines a bio-organic skin which allowed me to say that his mutan powers gave him a body that allowed him to retract and push out his spines through "pre-made" holes that close up when they are not needed. That way he doesn't go through that every time.

Thanks for the comments. My sprint to do this on Saturday burned me out a bit. I should be getting back to it tomorrow (office party tonight).

As for the picture itself, the colors were just for a feel. I didn't confirm them off my characters. For example, I just realized that the flame tatoos on the arms should be blue and I noticed that Belle technically doesn't have flame tatoos on her arms. Well, the thing is that she doesn't have the tatoos because she needed a top. I think the ladies don't have flames with a bare chest (for some reason ). Point beeing that if it were available I would have added them (I think) when I designed her ... but now that I have played her without ...

All that to say I might make 2 versions (I like things complicated as mentionned in other threads)

Ok most of you are probably following imagebyalex's Sketch a day? thread. Well for December, Alex was kind enough to sketch a duo I was playing with a friend of mine The Bell Twins (or les Jumeaux BBB).

Here is what Alex came up with.

Well I had just finished coloring Invincibelle and thought the sketch was soooo cool that I just had to give it a try and color it. Invincibelle was already inked .. but not this time ... so well I'm not done yet but 95% of the ink is done and its 3h30 am so I'm going to bed .. but I figured I would share my progress before doing so.

The hair should be blowing back since he is moving forward and it is blowing sideways? But even that is possible.

Or maybe as someone mentionned .. the right arm looks a little funky. There is no real elbow, the forearm kinda bends in the middle and the part near where the elbow should be is bigger than his bicep.

His left eye lacks precision ... it looks more like a blur ...

The star on his left shoulder should probably be a little flater ... it is kinda sticking up too much ...

And the left hand only has 2 fingers !!!

just kidding ... it's fine !!

Really cool! Look nice. And it reminded me that having a Shield powerset would be soooo sweet.

Would love to critique but, I looked it over again and ... well for the medium used and what I assume you were trying to do ... this is really great. I don't see anything wrong with the pencils or the coloring really.

Even the star that holds the cape on his left shoulder is a little back because the shoulder is rolled back due to his flight position. I love how you made the feet peek in the back, it would have looked kinda funny had we not seen them. No, as I said, really nice.

Really glad you liked it, now I only need to learn to do that faster .. hehe.

Based on Kat's hair I'm gonna say there is wind. That or both need to have their hair talked to. They are way too excited

Oh I just realized how Kat's right hand claws are flipped back so she won't hurt him. Sooooo cool!

And that note on his chest is ... well just perfect. I love the size the position and how the text is writen on it.
