He's from the comic book which I'll start making after I get a bit better at drawing. I've got the character pretty much laid down, and some of the story there. I'm working on it. 
(It's really impossible to make him in City of Heroes, since the male long hair options are so... What's the word... Crappy. Unless I make him female.... Hmmmmmmm....
