Gratz everyone ... those are great villains!

I know I'm slow on the uptake of this one but just in case someone else gets an idea like this I'll just mention that my villain is Blackthorn and he is always ready to join art projects

Like most mutants, he has lived a very traditional childhood. He was doing great in school to the point where he had started the necessary studies with the objective of becoming a doctor in biology. And as with most of those gene degenerates, that is when the transformations started. He was in his late teens, but that does not make him any different for it. He is still a stinking mutant.

At first his cat got sick. They eventually found out it was from licking his skin. Then his skin hardened and grew thicker. Neighbours in his childhood town were quoted in local newspapers for having heard one night tremendous screaming and cries coming from the Calder house. A mattress full of holes surrounded by green stains were found by the curb the next morning. We suppose that that is when his spiny condition first appeared.

His scientific mind is always running and he always has a smile on his face. Some say it's to hide his pain and fears, but he would tell you that if you can't have fun what's the point? (And the pun would be intended)

NP LJ .. love seeing what you did and ... I don't think I would want to be in Rox's shoes anyway ... just idly standing between Spino and Juggy.

Yeah the victim does look happy Sarrate, but I think I would love to see a peacefulness to the finished look ... would be very nice ...

Anyway ... great "sketch" Graver ... and as always looking forward to what comes next!

One hero per player in the main group at least ... coalition it all and have the others in other groups and yeah Revisonaires sounds good to me.

Beautiful piece. I love the texture in the shading ... it's really cool. Must have something to do with the paper texture but it gives it a very nice effect.

Nice ... I like the lines that fit more with the color of the gloves ... but I really liked the darker parts of the glove when it was in contact with the glass ... felt real ... but you're not done so I'm assuming that is the kind of thing you might come back to do.

The other thing that took me a few seconds to figure out is what is his cape and what is his left leg. With the edge of his leg beeing behind the helicopter's structure, it's hard to see where one becomes the other since they are both the same color. Not sure how to help with that ... but just something I noticed.

Oh and ... who am I do comment ... never mind ... carry on.

It really is a great piece ... I like the progress.

Nice .. I really like those changes. Did you change the angle of one of the icicles ? the one that was coming straight at us? Unless I'm wrong ... anyhoo if I'm not, you should put it back ... I really liked having one pointed right at me ... was really cool ...

Yeah great pose and beautiful action with those icicles. I don't remember if Larissa is bare foot or not ... but she looks like she has boots on your redition.

Great piece though ... looking forward to seeing it progress!

All in all ... as I said on your DA page ... I have followed this project from the start, it was one of the most beautiful act of generosity from everyone and this is such a nice piece to cap it off.

Love what you did with this one Poison. The expression on his face is beautiful, the spines look really rough and authentic and the abs are really ... making me jealous ... but that's not the point ...

You know who came to my mind when I saw his face though ... Odo for Deep Space 9 ... the actor, without makeup and all.

Really nice job Anti ... I like it alot ... great depth of field effect with that blur ... really nice ... as mentionned by other there seems to be a bit of rough edging ... but I think it could be easily fixed by slapping a layer with the original ink on multiply over your piece ... you can even adjust the transparency of that layer if you don't want it to be too predominant or even tint it if you want to go that far.

Now I know you might have been trying for a lineless drawing and that's so .. it's quite ok .. I'm just mentionning in case that was not what you were trying.

Great work overall no matter what my friend. I really like what you did.

Here is one of mine that hasn't had any attention really

Uncle Dog
his hammer
and his flames

Cool thing is I don't think the costume designer would allow you to create those pants anymore. (I mean the 2 patterns)

(tried to keep this short but I got carried away)
========= Bio =========
Uncle Dog is the calmest person you could ever meet. Plaqued by self doubt in his youth because of his short stature, how was he to know what life had in store for him. As a teenager he found out that he had a certain "rapport" with stone ... he could "ask" it to stay beside other stones. From this he started training. The body building (using rocks for weights) gave him a nice muscular body that in turn gave him some self confidence he was lacking.
Then disaster struck. His skin changed color. People around him tried to make him believe that it was a normal process, but he could see that none of his friends or relatives had orange skin. With love and understanding (and maybe a little rock throwing to fend off the more tenacious taunters) he settled into this new situation.
In college, he joined the greek wrestling team in an attempt to socialize more. At his first party with his teamates, he drank a little too much and ended up falling in the bonfire through a serie of freak coincidences. Everyone screamed, some ran, and some tried to help him out. He doesn't actually remember what happened next but the story goes that the fire actually intensified and Dog just walked out.
It took him a long time to realize that his gift should be put to good use. Alot of people tried to abuse of his abilities over the years and he fought them back. This created a kind of bitterness around him. To those that know him ... it's just his shield ... to the others it's the bark of the dog.
His nickname "Dog" came from his size, the "Uncle" part from that beard he has grown to love so much, and the bitterness, his New Orleans flavor and his general attitude has made him Uncle Dog, stone/fire tank of Paragon City.
