(It also mentions the demon summoning Desdemona, and the pistol using Maelstrom, which kinda hints that the new power sets will be in GR )

Yes, it hints at them using them weapons, but you have to remember that GR will be released AFTER i16. i16 powers and customisation. GR new zones/missions etc. Releasing them all with GR doesn't make sense to me at all. A lot of people have been asking for DPs for years now, but giving them to us in an expansion would be an unpopular move, IMO.

I'm pretty sure that like 90%-95% of the player base will be buying GR, just like the vast majority bought CoV - expansion packs are usually only slightly optional

Your wrong. Dual Pistols, Demon Summoning and Power Customisation will be in i16. That is fact. And with the currant credit crunch and people leaving due to not being able to pay their subs, 90 - 95% is way to high. I'd say 50%.

It is bad. Last night someone was speaking in French on broadcast in Atlas. Someone said 'English only in broadcast' I asked why and got no reply. I checked if the French player was still online and couldn't find him. Utter disgrace IMO. He wasn't spamming it, so was fine. And with them 2 servers down it was acceptable for them to broadcast in the own language.
