I got DBserver messages when trying to get onto Defiant earlier, but it's fixed now.

I would also expect it's for Defiant players to advertise their arcs etc.

Oh and for the record, I had previously suggested that when you called someone in Cimerora you had a Roman Herald phase in and run up to your character, stay during the mission selection etc, before running off and phasing out again.
Along with muttered comments if the herald was constantly called.
