Thanks to a very light work week and some great help from Gris/Bambi/Ryxx/Elegost/MP/Al the current threat level range is from 17-50.
Please remember, only SO's in the build (Even if you are now 50, untill everyone hits 50, to keep things fair).
The only IO's you should be slotting are: KB protection.
I will be posting some macro/binds as well as screen shots of stuff to the PvP University thread this weekend, so please head there and take a look at that info.
I will be contacting some players this weekend to see how well you are able to track/move and stuff to help guide me in placing players on teams.

Sunny, I am very sorry, I thought I had posted a mind/nrg dom build but it looks like somehow this slipped through the cracks. I will work on one right now.
As far as the build, I do not think this would be viable in PvP. Again, my fault for not having a template ready for you. -
He is a well known and respected PvPer. I almost always go to him for PvP build advice.

Ele either is viable. I think for this season people will get kbed a lot but in future seasons/events they will have enough kb protection. -

Debuffs in PvP is something we can always do a 'class' in. I have both rads/colds/therms at my disposal so having to face it in matches to me isn't as important as understanding how it will affect you if you run into one in zone or in some other type of pvp venture... and there is always season 2! -
