I had a big post about how drawing with undersketching and guidelines first helps me from drawing screwed up faces and wrong body positions, but then the site timed out and it went away.

You can rip one of my pieces to shreds. I have zero formal knowledge of composition and only learned of the rule of thirds in your video a couple of weeks ago.
I go by feel, so actively using my brain would be a nice change.
