((Haaaaaaaet praetorian selene. Neeeeeeeeeeeed excuse to apply freakshow directly to forehead...))

The semi-tranquility of Talos Island was suddenly shattered by nothing less than an earthquake.
"BZZZZT!" Screeched a Baryon as it was toppled from its perch high in an apartment complex, falling into the grinding earth and exploding with a rather satisfying bang, most of the building coming down after it.
"K3K3K3 0L0L0L" T3H KR|_|5H cackled insanely as a Juicer Chief wheeled another sonic bomb around the corner. The Clockwork had been taken care of easily. No machine could out-fight a Freak. Now they only had one group of Bobcats in the tower down the way, and they'd have cleared their base out from these n00bs.
"0K D00D5 BL0W UP T3H B0MB!!" Crush((You don't have to write his name in leet if you don't want to)) triumphantly decreed as the Juicer came flying back.
"F1R3!" He yelled, pointing forward in a rather heroic pose, and the Juicer hit the switch.
Nothing happened.
"D00d [censored]" A Champion declared, snarling and beating at the ground in annoyance with one of his hammers.
"kk w/e." Crush shrugged. "L3T'5 G0 PWN T3HM N3WAY LOL CHAAARG3!!"
---
Bobcat looked down, the disarmed bomb beside her.
---
"W@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@GH!!!!!!!!!"
---
Her lips curled in a snarl.
---
"L3R0Y.....J333333NK11111N5!!!"
---
She motioned for her closest minions to go downstairs and prepare for her.
---
All of the freaks stopped.
"1T'5 T3H M1LKMAN!" One said in a sort of sickly-sweet voice, rapping on the door with his gigantic reaper blade.
The door creaked open and an Alley Cat poked his head out.
"Lol n00b." The freak grinned.
Shhhwhick!
Thump.
"K1LL T3H N00B13Z!" KR|_|51-1 roared, wedging his Cybernetic Rikti Blade into the door and tearing it off its hinges, then proceeding to fill the room with a cloud of lead from his other arm's mounted Chaingun. The other freaks opened up and the battle was clearly going in their favor.
That is, until one of the Tanks suddenly slumped over dead, his wires cut and Excelsior feeder removed.
Bobcat appeared like a ghost among the freaks, who immediately circled her in as menacing a fashion as they could muster.
T3H KR|_|51-1 pushed his way into the makeshift ring through the rest of his freaks.
"Y0U'R3 M1N3 N00B!" He howled, pointing at her and then thumping his chest like tarzan. Bobcat licked her lips.
KR|_|51-1 opened fire.
((Battle is now raging in Talos building.)) -
I like. Later when more awake I will enter this...
-
And they called me crazy when I rigged my staircase along with every ground level access point to my house with hyper-accelerated concrete saws.
I knew I'd be laughing in the end. -
I've found several doing just this in CoX.
Plenty in Pocket D of course, some scattered around my various haunts.
A personal favorite was the people I found outside of the Black Heart Memorial one day. -
Nein; This is for all the forum noobs to see the awesome that is this story.
-
OGH JEEZ
FINGERS TYPING. WHAT IS THIS?
IT'S THREADOMANCY!!!! -
This guy wins.
Hard.
A hero of Cyber-busters everywhere.
*Bows head* -
I don't even know what is going on here.
Oh well.
*Joins party* -
((I COMMAND YOU, LIIIIIIIIIIVEEEE!!!))
RAPHAEL may have been about to reflect on those words.
He may have been about to think of something important.
Unfortunately, the three-foot-wide buzzsaw that suddenly found itself lodged into his ribcage would not be allowing that.
"WAAAAGH!" Came the voice of the Orky Pilot of the Killa Kan that was currently rending his flesh. -
Vasquez sat in his Headquarters room and grumbled. Having still not had any sleep, the 'security captain' was now filing his after-action report for Tharomar running on straight up caffeine.
He looked over at the security level indicators. Having gone another six hours with no secondary attack, he bumped it down one notch.
---
One of the two guards posted around nearly every entryway and elevator slacked to an at ease position and moved out to cover more mundane tasks.
---
The Lieutenant lording over the 'regular' security, still in his Special Operations getup, glanced down at the indicator of the lowered level and nodded, holstering his SCAR Rifle.
"Stay vigilant, though." He instructed the guards, "This isn't over yet." -
((Soviet will not be GMing but he BEEEEEEEPS in excitement at ressurecting a thread with the now FAR MOAR developed Omaro Vasquez.))
-
You rang, peoples?
And so says the few captured for research, anyway.
But Essex actually has a female troll; she'd be the one to talk to. As for mine...They have pretty crazy powers, really. Almost anything works if you make it. Prikker is plant/thorn due to Crey chemicals. Snikker is dark/dark due to vampyri research. It's whatever floats yer boat. -
1100 Woot!: If the Tyranid players in your game of Space Hulk keep snickering and pointing at your miniatures, now is not the time to enter the next room with anyone less than the guy in Terminator Armor.
-
Before Anarhis had gotten into the house, he could have sworn he'd heard "[censored]!" Yelled at him from the upstairs window.
-
A pair of binoculars withdrew from the Boy's window.
"Well, boys, it's go time. Commence operation Coop Flown."
A wrapping of blankets flew out the window, and Curtis, Marcus, Reikoff, and Alpha all disappeared to god knows where.
((Do not want 6 Characters in thread lol.))
Prikker contentedly slept as Snikker eavesdropped on what was going on downstairs. -
"Dunno, feels like a mind I touched afore." Marcus shrugged, shouldering his Shotgun. The two Underbosses cracked their knuckles for a bit and prepared their Assault Rifles.
"But yeh, les' git ta dat city. I gots work ta do an' dis crap's only wastin' my time." -
Rulaag saw him resting high above, and after spitting a curse, he braced himself, extending his arm.
Particles wrapped around his fist and prepared to fire his Sniper Volley once more. The one problem with this attack was that it was extremely noticeable, and that he'd have to hope the Puppetmaster to be distracted enough by AJ... -
Rulaag thought for a moment. How had he seen through the Mist? No matter. He'd seperated the master from two of his puppets, and now it was time to seal his fate.
"Ozell." Rulaag radioed to his partner, "Let the girl take his attention and we will flank. After all of those teleports, he cannot have much energy remaining. When we find him lacking power, we strike."
"And this time, don't ask questions! Let there be no remorse." -
Bear nocked an arrow.
"Well, that had to be a record-time response to a rebellious Inquisitor." He snarled.
---
Drechi muttered darkly to the Death's Angel Inquisitors under his command. The leader of the group, a Cuban man with a cybernetic fist, nodded.
"I copy." Vasquez confirmed his orders. Rulaag, meanwhile, was working with their radio.
"Team Sigma Mu here...Say again, command. What are current orders? We have interference, possible Oranbegan signatures detected nearby."
((Sigma Mu: Scorpion Mercenaries, lol.)) -
Marcus and his boys had dropped low when the trees began to crash down around them, and the Consigliere sent out a psychic pulse to see if whatever was doing all of that was living, or dead.
-
Rulaag hadn't really concerned himself with the saving of the people so much as the stopping Kairaishi.
"You go nowhere where I do not see." The alien growled, crouching low and summoning a light mist that kept him hard to spot. He superjumped after Kairaishi, hoping Ozell would follow, and thinking quickly, the Alien unclicked an ampoule from his belt.
On the ampoule was etched the crude form of a Shivan, and he planned to spring it as soon as the opportunity presented itself to corner them...
