I have only one complaint - and it's not necessarily directly related to the zombie apocalypse (but I first noticed it during one)
Zone event messages sould state which instance of the zone it's occuring in (If not occur in them all at the same time).
There were 4 instances of PI, while I was looking for a raid, and I had to search each of them in turn. Yes, there's obvious visual cues, but I still had to load the zone 4 times (I have horrible luck - it's ALWAYS in the last one I check)
Also - not sure if i'm complaining here - but in a raid of any great size (say - by the portal corp buildings) - I joined a team and got all four badges almost instantaniously... Compared to, say, a rikti raid where even in a fairly large raid I'm almost always missing at least one (non-bomb related) badge by the end of it. And there was a medium sized raid in kings row that I joined; People had more than enough time to switch to 5 alts and get all the badges on all of them within one go at it.
Again, not sure if i'm complaining - I like my shineys (and it's probably too late to increase the requirements now even if the devs agree)... it just seems a little too easy. Almost no reason to stick around for more than a few seconds... never mind participate in more than one. -

Once characters have accumulated the required amount of time for each Day Job, they are rewarded with the appropriate Day Job Badge and Title, increasing their earnings for that job. Multiple Badges can be combined to unlock Accolades and the ability to accumulate additional new rewards. Almost every location within Paragon City and the Rogue Isles has an associated Day Job, resulting in a wide selection of jobs and rewards!

The obsessive compulsive hunter in me hates (and yet, loves) this... Now I need to consider carefully where I log out (Although, I DO appreciate the whole "Rewards while you aren't plaing this character" beyond the veteran rewards). Suggestion for badge/occupation: "I am a fish!" For logging out in the FAR corners in zones surrounded by water (and standing in said water); for example, the NE corner of Talos.

The Merit Rewards System [...]

Hurray! While I understand that it's probably not going to be "complete one TF, trade in for LoTG 7.5rec", I just hope that the rewards are going to be based a little more on player experiance, and ignore anomalies such as "1 hour shadow shard TFs", etc. Or even, since we now already keep track of the time spent on TFs, if a team runs one drastically faster than the anticipated time, scale the reward a bit. Y'know, still more than a 1 hour TF, but less than if it took you the full 6 hours.
Might generate some more interest in running those. -
Suggestion: Force the bank robbers to set up a bomb on the vault door, instead of having them atack it. This set-up process would take exactly 5 minutes. and can be interrupted by attacking them, but if they defeat you, then they resume setting up the bomb where they left off. Personally I think this would solve the problem most people are having with the robbers fleeing the bank seconds after you reach it.
Also... could we, I don't know, destroy the robber's getaway vehicle?
And, yeah, fix the mobs' perception thingy... Some of the more durable archetypes might find it a bit annoying, but us squishys REALLY can't take the extra aggro... 'specially when we're hit with holds... -

There *shouldn't* be any negative changes to Cloaking Device. In fact, you should not be seeing any changes at all to the power.

Aah, I suppose hostages no longer following me around while I'm using Cloaking Device isn't considered negative then? Because prior to i8 I was running Warburg codes, and all I had to was "arrest" the group around the scientist. Then I could lead him to the destination while cloaked (No, I don't stack) - a piece of cake. Not any more.
I always assumed that CD would be brought into line with the other stealth powers (in tearms of escorting, anyway) eventually. But I was trying to get this one hostage in a Police Band Mish to follow me for 10 minutes. I was just about to petition a broken mish when I realized that it was my CD. Was definately surprized, as it was not in the notes.
As for the cloak being less effective; no idea, Ive ran a couple mish's against CoT and Council, and they both seemed to only detect me at the normal ranges so... dunno...
