I wonder if this wil only apply to NON-MA missions. If so, I can see a large percentage of farmers going back to Dev-Created missions for their farming needs for a chance at purple drops and no need to pad. In one fell swoop they could satisfy story tellers and farmers.

If they limit the team-size adjustment to only dev-created missions they might just entice farmers and PLs away from MA and back to PI and Grandville. Both farmers and anti-farmers might see this as a good thing.
