They dont give you story arcs to run, but you do need to run a mission to unlock their stores. -

Maybe Bloody Bay should get a mini-revamp that adds the Giant Tree & a new, more powerful type of Shivan that only spawns in the vicinity of it.
Or failing that, the webpage should be rewritten to remove the inconsistency.
