Most of the time the bigger than average chest size is the result of the artist, not direct input from the owner of the character.

More than once I've requested an artist to...shrink Tarby's chest size on a preliminary drawing. Something Rowr and I both have in common as we both play cat-girl characters.

I agree with what you are saying. Oversize chests can be just as unattractive as they are attractive.

As for the pic, I liked it more for the "you just pissed me off" expression (so I thought) than anything.

Last time I asked about flashbacks a red name told me that we had the sidekick system and there were no plans to implement a flashback system.
