Well this thread says "R U Catgad" so we're going to have to dismiss the second charge against Chaos as just circumstantial evidence.

So basically you went out got the laptop and were like "YEAH LET'S PLAY CRYSIS."

Then after <period of time> of waiting you finally get to try it out and exclaim, "Holy crap this game sucks, why are the specs so high on it???"

I make my home on Kael'thas/Runetotem with my guildies that are also former/current CoH/V players ^.^ (Go Go Warlock POWAH)

KT's Trade channel can be pretty hilarious at times but I have to say that the Horde side is a lot more friendly than the Alliance. But, unfortunately, our Horde Guild is on Runetotem so we get to deal with a lot of the [censored]hattery if we PuG Raid/Instance.


But that is evened out with the fact that out of the 10ish people in the guild, 8 of them have 80s, so if there's something you need assistance with you always have someone to help ya out... Unless you ask Gnome. Never do that. Ever.

I love playing with new people.

They're like blank slates so you can help them on the road to becoming a well-playing member of the community or help them on the road to becoming one of 'those guys' that you want to avoid.

Unless someone asks me directly though, I usually don't tell them specifically how to play. It's their $15/month so they're free to level/pvp/make builds how they want. But I also like teaching through example and the 15th time the new person's <Archtype> dies because they didn't let the Tank get aggro they usually learn to hold back aggro has been gathered, etc.
