Yes they'll rarely miss. With enough you can kill anything including Tanks, Brutes and elite bosses.

I wouldn't bother with Repel untl a lot later on and only then if you're going to be doing PVP a lot. It is rather end heavy and there are better powers to take at lower levels.

I can pretty much get Minions and Lieutenants every time. Bosses are a lot harder though possible.
As for pvp, as far as I know /eng stalkers and people buffed with increse density can't be teleported. No doubt theres more.

I don't think it's AR but the lack of a Build Up type power with Devices. I'm afraid with that secondary you really won't be doing the types of damage that a /eng can produce.

I'm Eng/Dev and theres no way I could one shot a stalker. All /dev blasters have no real power I'm afraid. We used to be able to replace a damage enhancement from an accuracy because of Targetting drone but because of ED we don't even have that anymore. The only decent damage I have is mines/teleport and if they nerf that I'll definately **** off.

I'm busily levelling up an AR/Devices blaster, partly for Stalker hunting - and after having been a part of a successful team in Siren's, here's the recipe...

First, preheat your Cloak and Drone.

Take some freshly laid Trip Mines - four will do, but why not indulge yourself? - and sprinkle lightly with choicest Caltrops.

Now pick your Stalker. Pluck them using the Teleport Foe method and drop them into the spicy mine and spike mixture. Flambe lightly with Ignite and Flamethrower and serve.

Yum.

Not all Stalkers can be tp'd. I know for certain Energy secondary has a shield to prevent this.

Yeah I agree with the above. I have a stone/stone brute and the high enduarnce drain and poop accuracy was really getting me down too. Though now I'm mid 20's with stamina and single origin enhancements it's like playing another character! It's fun again

Honestly stick it out because it's worth it.

Combine this with a trip mine in a group of mobs for maximum effect
