  1. I'm curious about this as well. The same thing happened when we added a second monitor to our iMac. Does anyone know if this is something to do with Cider, COH, or a combination of the two? The blacked screen is not usable to COH at all, as far as I can see.

The funny thing was, wherever I saw the game being sold, the DVD edition was being sold for the same price as the regular edition, it's just that the DVD edition was advertised as a limited time thing.     If both COH and COV cost $50 at first release, which I think they did, but can't really remember any more, and a person bought both immediately for two accounts, that would be $200.
