Sullster has recently been promoted to Enforcer due to his hard work and long hours, so he's a good name to keep an eye out for to get an invitation, if you haven't already reached one of us.

If you've not got anyone more suitable, then you can pop Cruel Summer onto the list.

Not desperate as I've still got a free one unused (and I suspect that Chap 11 will give one too seeing as there are new powers being introduced), so use me if you want to make up the numbers, or hand the spot to someone more deserving.

Following the presumed demise and subsequent overthrow of it's two previous Overlords, the newly appointed leaders of 'The Tempest' are seeking recruits.

We, the Co-Bosses Shadow Mass and Cruel Summer, invite applications from villains of all styles and backgrounds to join with them in their work to rebuild the group following it's period of abandonment. The base has already been relocated from a dusty pyramid to a shiny new cutting edge facility, and rebuilt to include many of the latest technical goodies on the workshop and transport fronts.

Our recent recruiting efforts have gained us some excellent new allies, but after cutting the 'dead wood' our numbers are much more active but also depleted.

We are actively seeking villains to join us, especially those untainted by other Super Groups ((low levels)), or those new to the Villain lifestyle ((new players/alts)). Our goal is to expand the group with like minded villains who are here to explore and learn from the rich environment in the Rogue Isles, rather than those who merely wish to race to the high security levels foresaking experience gained along the way ((that means genuine players preferred, not power levellers)).

Hello and Welcome to any roleplayers out there, we are hoping to recruit a few (or a lot) of worthy villains to our attempt to resurrect a villain group, The Tempest. (Name has little relevance, not our choice)

The group is currently around 16 members, with probably 2 thirds active, and we'd like to find some new folks to take up the slack.

We inherited the group from a previous pair of Overlords who've gone inactive, so we've had a reboot. In game recruiting has resulted in some excellent folks joining, but the more the merrier.

All archetypes and origins welcome, ideally newer players or new alts, just so the Boss doesn't get over powered, lol. A nicely stocked tech style base, with full teleport access and a strong workshop is available for your use.

Please contact Shadow Mass or Cruel Summer in game and we'll hopefully welcome you onboard. We're both hard working players and are very happy to assist anyone who is genuinely interested in playing the game rather than just power levelling and PvP'ing all day. We're here for the experience, not the race to level 50.

This has probably been covered somewhere, but I can't find it, even with a search engine, so it's post time.

Reading a bit of my Prima COV guide, which is pretty old I admit, I saw a list of rewards based on PvP reputation scores. I guess these are no longer accurate as the badges are named Hunter and Manhunter instead of Disruptor and Forward Observer, but the weird one is that supposedly for a reputation of 200 you got "PvP Chest Emblem Costume Piece".

I can find a mention of it on any of the badge sites, can't find it on Google search etc, can't find a picture of it, etc etc, so does anyone know what happened to it? and/or what it was like?

Recently we've advanced our controls to activate the 2nd Protector Bot, and noticed quickly something a bit odd. With the 2 PB's summoned they will happily stack/double shield the 3 Battle Drones, but won't do the same to me. We've tried a few ideas but nothing has worked so far, only ever the single shiny shield ball.

Is there a way to get the Protection Twins to double up the player shielding? Is there a reason as to why they don't seem to want to do it automatically? The Drones are getting some hellish sheilding (double slotted defense SO's X2, nice!), it would be good to be able to use them too.

We can't seem to find a mention of this in the guides, so hopefully someone has come across this beofre and can tell us if we're doing something wrong or there's a bug etc etc.

Villain Group 'The Tempest' is seeking information on the whereabouts of it's two Overlords, Over Fiend and Glacial Shift. They both seem to have gone MIA around the time of the Invasion and may be casualties of war, lying on some battlefield, unable to communicate (or just given up playing etc).

Without them we're in limbo status. They have appointed no second in command and extended the demotion period previously to 6 weeks so it'll be a long time yet before anyone can rise to take control. So no base editing, no promotions to reward good members, very little control at all really.

If anyone knows where they might be, or when they might return, please leave a message here or contact Shadow Mass or Cruel Summer in game. If either of them happen to read this themselves and have been over in Paragon City, assumed another identity or suchlike, please could you drop back in for at least a little while to let someone restore order. (Ideally give the two remaining Officers full permissions so one of us can re-structure). Of course if they'll be back soon then it's not a problem, but it's been 3 weeks without sign so far.

Hey folks, I wonder if anyone can provide some advice or recommendations for a Super Group to join here on Union?

The character lowdown for Shadow Mass (that's the main me) is a Dark/Dark Brute Mutant at level 28 currently, so I guess I'm looking for a mutant or brute group, or one with no specific membership requirement.

For my preference, I'd prefer a group that isn't PvP heavy and doesn't use Teamspeak/Vent etc. I'd be pleased to join a RP group, but it's not essential. I'd prefer a group with a semi-mature attitude, as in fun but serious, with a minimal numbers of players who use the phrase 'pwned'.

Although I'm fairly new to CoV, I've been around MMOs for a while, played SWG long term and MxO too, so I kinda know my way around the basics, and I'm a fast learner (usually). I'm in the UK, mid 30's and un-leet enabled.
