I can't get the "target_custom_next alive Commando" to work right, it always targets dead Commandos also. Is there some trick to it?

Hello all, I'd appreciate some feedback on my fire/kin build. Is there anything that I should obviously be doing differently? I know it's not the cheapest build, but the purples and PVP IOs I have are not extremely expensive. I'm guessing about 1.5 - 2.5 billion including the LotG recharges and the Kinetic Combat sets.

Changing mouse pointer to Compatibility Mode and then restarting COH fixed this on my wife's computer.

One thing you can do to test exact numbers is grab a friend and head to the Arena, get your friend to tell you the exact numbers.
Does this bug affect powers granted by Equip Robot or is it just the 32 power that is bugged?
