Is the Fitness power pool really necessary on a regen? I'm really not good with numbers and stats, but I'm trying to learn. And if it is necessary, would it be better to get it at the earliest level it is available, or is it better to wait longer?

Ah thank you. I didn't see Red Valkyrja's post when I first scanned this thread.

OK I have to ask a silly question. How exactly do you change the sounds? Is it something simple you change under Options in the Menu? Or is it something more complicated that requires understanding how the program works? I know I would like to change a few things to avoid sound glitches but I'm not very computer savvy.

Sorry one more question. I was checking the name on the server and it told me the name could not be checked. Does this mean that it's already taken or was there just an error and it couldn't find out?

I'm looking to do a server transfer for one of my 50s but I have a few questions that I'm hoping can be answered. I'm pretty paranoid that something will go wrong and I want to make sure I understand the whole process before I go through with it. Ok here we go:

1. When the character is transferred do I lose all of the influence, salvage, and recipes? And does the same go for enhancements (both slotted and un-slotted)? I don't want to lose anything if I can help it.

2. If the name is already taken on the new server, will it let me choose a new one? I've read different things from other threads. Some say you automatically get to choose a new name and others have said your name will be "Heroname_1" or something of that sort. Which is it? I'm willing to do the placeholder with a disposable level one that has been suggested but I want to know what I should expect if the name is already being used.

3. At this point it's irrelevant since I've already made my decision, but how much does it really cost? And is it something I purchase within the game? I thought I had to purchase a token through NCSoft or something to use but I couldn't find it anwhere among the booster packs on the website.
