  1. An easy fix, without changing ratios, would be to make decorative items cost substantially less. This make it easier for some one to do some amazing base design for a smaller SG, without having too easy access for high end control, power and defense items.

    Just a thought.
  2. I really have enjoyed my widow. Now that I need to choose between NW or Fort. I'm not sure where to go. I like 'trollers and really like the idea of one with defenses. I've been trolling this forum a bit and have a build I thing may work but neither Hasten or Mind Link are perma I'd like to achieve it but need some advice on that. As nothing I've done seems to be getting a Global recharge past 86.3%

Also would welcome any suggestions If I've gone off the deep end build wise. I know it will be pricey.

    SD/DM: Amazing

    I have a question?

Many of the builds list LotG + 7.5% recharge multiple times. I thought this was a Unique that could only be slotted once.

It seems though, since it has been used fairly pervasively, that I may be misinformed, and instead of asking a question I just embarrassed myself.
  4. [ QUOTE ]
Subdual – Subdual deals moderate Psionic damage and may leave the targeted foe Immobilized for a brief time. Immobilized foes cannot move but can still attack. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Moderate

Telekinetic Thrust – A focused attack or intense mental power that violently sends a nearby foe flying. Deals minimal damage, but can be very effective. Damage: Minor, Recharge: Moderate

Psychic Scream -- This howl of Psionic energy resonates in the minds of all foes within its conical area of effect, inflicting moderate damage. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Slow

Psychic Shockwave – Psychic Shockwave is a devastating Psionic attack that wracks the minds of all nearby foes. Affected foes may have a reduced attack rate and may be left Disoriented. Damage: High Recharge: Slow

    [/ QUOTE ]

Maybe I'm Way off but all these are redundant to Psionic Blast?

So a Psi/Mental Blaster is gonna loose out on diversity that other Themed parings get. Or Is Psionic Blast getting a REDO too??
