The EU servers just went down, several hours ahead of announced maintenance schedules. There has been a lot of extra downtime with every issue, but Freedom is proving to be the worst. This might be in the middle of the night in America, but its perfectly normal game time in the EU, and frankly loosing two game-days a week to maintenance (Tuesdays and most Thursdays) on top of the unscheduled maintenance... Its grating.
I realize some of the maintenance needs to be gird wide, but at least SOME of it should be possible to do at 4 am in the morning, EU time. Just as most of it is done at around 4am US time now. -
Cool - Enforcers did seem perfect for this, and seems they really are.

I've been looking at the Achilles Heel (Def debuff set) -Res proc. Thug enforcers can slot this proc, but it is somehat unclear if it will actually work. Do Thug Enforcer powers actually have a -Def component that the proc can work with?

You'll have to respec to take advantage of it on existing characters.
On the other hand, a new power pool (4 instead of 3 + fitness) is pretty nifty, so some of those new build might be exiting. Only very short of slots. Every build will be like a Kheldian. -

Can the phantom army affect itself with this proc? I know it is not affected by other buffs, but this could possibly work, I just want to check.
If it does not work, I guess the proc should go in the Phantasm; ought to be better than Chance of Damage from Explosive Strike, right? -

Does Force Feedback: Chance Foer +recharge proc once only for an area attack, or once per target? I have a recollection of this being changed in the past (at least for pets), but not sure how it is now.
