After several weeks of being stuck on the 47, i managed to bring Gemstone (fire/empath) up to 50 in just a week with the 49-50 ding in just over 9 hours this today.

What does this mean?
I have finally made my second 50, and i'm proud of it.
But this also means i have another toon ready for the next following months. And it's a defender (all the ranged ATs first )
Her name is Precious, and she's a storm/elec. (not very original, but i like the combo)

She will be the 3rd young lady in my "Galaxy Stars - Justice force of the future" project (link here) to go for the 50.
Occasionally i'll be playing Jewely and Gemmy to provide guidance and help to others. But most of the time i can be found running around Paragon with Precious. (no LotR jokes plz )

I want to thank all who helped me the last few weeks in bringing Gemmy to 50.
And especially a level 50 blaster named Legendary DemiGod (iirc) who provided the Tyrant-arc which eventually got me from 49.04 to 50.00 in 9 hours. Proving Babel's statement that it is possible to level from 49 to 50 in a day or less.
(thank you Babel for that).

I salute you all, and hope to see you around teaming with me on my next project.

anyway, i noticed that the forum is becoming a bit dull.
IMO there's less postings compared to 6 months ago.
I believe that when I7 goes live the post count will go up a bit, but the posts aren't all that much fun as they've been in the past.

Well, the party was indeed a succes. It was however never my intention to become a roleplaying thing.

Thanks to all that helped, and especially to everyone that showed up to party along.
I'm already working on idea's for next year's party, but i hope i'll get more visitors then.

Al that rests now is some things i've got to sort for the winners.

Thanks again everybody for making my first big event such a succes.

I'll put Ashen in for escorts, but it depends on how many 'helpers' wil show up at the event tomorrow, if your help is required.

date: 28th (this friday)
time: 20:00 GMT (english time)
location: Talos Island beach, Spankey's Boardwalk.

people who volunteered to help please meet me at Spankey's Boardwalk around 19:00 GMT.
We can then clear the beach, setup the escorts and transfer influence.

The rules one more time:
Powers:
- NO power-spamming, this includes healing-auras, due to lag or possible server crash.
Outfit:
- Swimwear, beachwear.
- No provoking stuff, nude looking things.
- Auras and capes are allowed.
Presensce:
- Do not provoke mobs.
- Alert nearest security guard if you’re in trouble.
- Defeated? Call for a medic (or friend) to help you up.
Communication:
- Keep broadcast, request, arena channels clear. Use local, tells, SG, coalition or team chats.

i'll be announcing events through the broadcast channel so keep an eye on it if you want to participate.

if you're below lvl 32, plz keep in mind that mobs will target you if you get too close. Try to hang around high level friends so you get some extra defense or sidekick to a high level friend if you like.

I hope you all can have fun and everything works out the way i planned.

Since i've got almost every saterday-evening booked and i don't want to delay it too much.

IMPORTANT: ** event update **

The event is moved.
Instead of 29th of April, it will be moved one day earlier onto the 28th. (that's a friday)
This is because the orchestra i'm in, decided to give a concert on the 29th in the evening. (received that news only yesterday evening)
And i can't be in two places at once...(although sometimes i wish i could )

The time will stay the same. 19:30 beach opens, 20:00 official kick-off.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but i do hope that most people won't have any problems with the new date.

To those that have volunteered for anything during the event, you're expected to meet me at Spankey's between 18:30 and 19:15 for instructions.

i'll let the people involved with the V-1AT decide what they want to do. My MM and stalker still need a home, they're around lvl 5 atm.
I don't mind getting them into any SG, but i'd prefer to settle them into the SG's where most of my friends are in. Which are the people from the H-1AT.

Most things concerning the party have been sorted.
