    Shoot... after your post I went a-googling and noticed that there is information to support both the 30-34 and 35-39 descriptions.

    Can anyone confirm which is the appropriate one?

    Weird thing is, I knew the requirements by heart (still need Multidimensional on my main) and was used to overlooking that section... Oops.
  5. I have had comments that the CoH font used for the list's title does not appear for everyone.

    Is this the case?


    EDIT: Red Circle Font embedded into PDF file now.

    Corrections made as indicated.

    Deathless, Undying, & Exalted have the added text "Defeats received" until we can be sure.

    Small checkboxes placed in badge listings dependent upon other badges (Praetorians, etc.)

    After being constantly denied the chance to get a really good badge listing going myself (mainly since I can't get a host or some other annoyance) I like to keep an eye on everyone else's guides.

    Excellent suggestion for the Exploration badge content. I think I'll wait to see if others confirm the groupings idea before I make that change, as I've always found it to be more practical to have an alphabetical listing when sorting thru the list.

    I'll make the corrections to Corsair and Spectral. I'm surprised I forgot them

    I'll check out Passport and Undying also to fix them, and will review the list for other blanks and dioublings (Straw Weight).

    Sometimes another set of eyes makes all the difference.
  9. So I've been collating and updating information to fuel my addiction to badges since I first learned of their existence and thought I would share a little (14-page) list I use.

    I am not re-inventing the wheel with this list, but I do find it more practical to use than alt-tabbing between applications to see the info I need while ingame. I have added columns to the list so that players can check off the badges they do have.

    This list is I5 friendly, but not 100% I5 ready yet.

    I am posting it here for comments, suggestions and possible corrections. It is in PDF format for the time being.

  10. Very interesting prespective that I'm sure to try on some alts.

    My primary alt right now is Fire/dev and I love the ability to solo well with this one. Granted, it lacks buildup and any kind of endurance management, but the crowd control is adequate. Combined with the pure damage slotting of primaries (because of Targetting Drone) and Cloaking Device it makes it a very fun build.

    I think I'm going to try the Elec/Fire a shot, just for giggles.

    If you are using XP or maybe even 2000 it could be you have created a text file that CoH can't read. You should save as an ansi file, not unicodein notepad, can't test if this is the case now, at work. The easiest way to make sure the file is compatible is to save your existing binds, then edit that file. Use /bind_save, it will save a file called keybinds.txt in the root of your C drive (posibly your system root if its not C)

    I'll try that later, but your other solution worked fine.

    The first file is read fine, the second is not - regardless of which file I name 1 and which I name 2.

    Apperantly this might work:

    /bind <any key> "+ $$powexec_name Energy Transfer$$powexec_name Teleport Foe"

    Normally you can only activate one power with in a action. If you assign it to a key the "+ " (notice the space after the +) tells it to do the command on key press and key release. You want to reverse the order of the comands, as the last command tends to get activated, each one cancelling the previous one. In the case of toggle powers the last power that would turn on gets activated. You could do this with 2 macros the first one caling the second one by its tray possition, but if you ever moved the second macros possition you'd have to recreate the first one.

    This worked well by clicking for TP and releasing for attack.

    I was surprised to be getting read error messages using the bind files solution. No amount of tweaking could make it work.

    Xia, a simple one would be:

    Keybind:
    /bind <key> "powexec_name Recall Friend$$team Get ready $target, your taxi has arrived."

    Macro button:
    /macro <name_of_macro> "powexec_name Recall Friend$$team Get ready $target, your taxi has arrived."


    I use the latter.

    The taxi referrence is a personal favorite of my wife's.

    I think you may have seen the emote which makes you go through the bodybuilder poses - name eludes me right now...


    One of them looks remarquably close to drawing a bow string at about a 30 degree angle upwards on the side.
