the new costume change emotes aren't listed in the costume window. All I can see are the Magic Pack emotes.

It's both the top and pants for females. Gloves, boots and skirts are working.

Got me. Glad I'm not in the eastern time zone if those times are correct.

Actually, it's happening on more than just the biker jacket. The problem seems to be that the chest scaling is off on the sleeveless jackets. When I compared the witch top with other options (jackets, robes, sleeveless robes (both shredded to see the chest)), the only time the witches top changed at all was on the sleeveless jacket.

No, that's been around for a while. Unless it's since gotten bugged, that means every spam email is coming from a paid account.

Actually, it's more likely coming from a purchased copy of the game during the free month the games comes with. For $20 dollars they get up to a month to spam us with RMT emails.

The problem is that there isn't much NCSoft can do short of keeping records of the actual computer used to access the accounts (MAC addresses, hardware/software serial numbers, etc). Then after getting banned a couple of times, they could block that particular machine from the game. Unfortunately to do that, they would have to alter the Terms of Service so that the players have to agree to have their computer information scanned and uploaded to NCSoft. This will of course lead to some players getting upset and start whining about privacy and that they shouldn't have to hand over that kind of information in order to play the game. At which point the change won't happen and things stay the same.

Personally, I think the only way to get rid of the RMT people would involve hackers going after them directly (nuke their websites, hit them with DoS attacks, etc...). The problem is that it's kinda illegal to do that kind of stuff so I'm not suggesting that someone go and do that, but...

The cape options for the High Collar is missing several options for females. Basic, Occult, and Arcane are available, but Male and Huge also have Long Cape, COV DVD Edition Cape, DVD Edition Cape, and Valkyrie options. Please add these options for females.

Not at this time, which kinda sucks because it means you can't macro, hot key, or just /cc and get the emotes to work.

But did you log out and log back into the game since the code was applied? If you apply a code while playing the game client won't recognize it till you exit and log back in.

Did you upgrade your account with the new serial code? If you did, you should find the options at Icon during costume editing screen.

That's why I did mine using Paypal. When I got the error page, I logged into Paypal to see if they had any record of the charge. When nothing showed up after several minutes, I tried again. Still got the error message, but now Paypal showed the charge. I then went into my NCsoft account and it said I had 3 unused serial numbers. I knew about two of them (trials for other NCsoft games), but the third one was new. Checked to see and there it was. My cool new Magic Booster serial number.

I don't think it's going to be available online right away. The Mac version was different because it wasn't going to be sold in stores. If you want a copy, you'll have to go out and find one in a retail store.

Have noticed one down side. Costume change emotes only seem to work from the costume window. When I tried /cc I just switched costumes like normal.

I had the same problem. Check your Serial Codes to see if it's in there. That's where I found mine.

Well, I'm giving the NCsoft store another 30 minutes then I need to get some errands taken care of. Ones that will take me past several places where I might be able to buy a retail boxed copy. If the want to make less money from my purchase that's their decision, but I would have thought they would have preferred to get the whole $20, and not just however much they get for selling it wholesale to a retailer.

Based on what the person who's picked up Architect Edition said, it sounds as though you get the Magic costume pieces as soon as you install it/redeem the code. I think the whole 'you can use the code for either one of the booster packs' thing may have been speculation, or there's some method of redeeming the code that bypasses the store and just lets you pick the Magic Booster straightaway.

I wouldn't let this stop you from creating more story arcs. It sounds to me like you have the writing part down, but you need to work on balancing out the key encounters. The thing you have to remember is that you never know who will play the arc. Solo or Group and what AT's will people bring (the second is very important when considering solo player attempts). Creating an encounter that will require ranged attacks is not a good idea, since numerous melee AT's will have limited to no ranged attacks available. And ambushing while fighting the final boss might be fine for groups, but against solo players it will probably overwhelm them. Since the system currently doesn't allow you to require a minimum group size for MA arcs, maybe some tweaking to the encounters people seem to have issues with is in order.
