Hey let me ask you this, if you've got phase shift why on earth would you not have invis, and use it when you're running away?

lolololol what about when the stalker is running away? unsepressed 600+ft invis is no joke considering the amount of downies without percep in RV.

Hes an EU guy.. I don't think he has a forum account IIRC - he makes them famous farms that you probably fail at.

    3. Depends on your build goals: many people use 5 Adjusted Targeting (and a Rectified Reticule +perception IO in one of the two) for the +dam and +rech set bonuses.
    4. Power Thrust, Build Up, Boost Range, Total Focus (be careful about using TF in zone though, as it'll make you a Stalker magnet). Argument could be made for Power Boost if you're Sonic, Rad, or Archery primary.

EDIT: How long have you been gone? If it's been since before I13, that's a whole new can of worms.
Pretty much what mac said, except TF don't get it its terrible aweful bad bad bad bad bad bad bad .... bad power.

Heh I especially like it when people on these forums lie.. A lot, not that 1v1's mean much, I only brought it up because you said you don't die, which you do... Unfortunatly quite often, so I'd be happy to rematch your very bad regen and show you again how badly you got beat, or you can sit here and lie - i'm going to guess you'll be going with the latter. - EDIT: It just so happens to be that 2 of my friends watched both duels btw. the one vs your MA/regen was pretty hillarious. you're terrible end off.

Most things can't stop me when i'm actually moving on a regen scrapper but at the same time I won't kill them either where as tough allows me to stand my ground a bit longer and hopefully get the kill

For starters going down on barrier with outdated jokes wont get you very far, and I assure you that you will find this place a miserable one indeed if you continue - I'm speaking from experience, so drop the attitude. Secondly i'm pretty sure I farmed both your regen toons in the arena so saying that you don't lose in the arena with either is a massive lie. taking tough on a regen is beyond me, if you can get a power such as phase which will make you, if you're not half brain dead impossible to kill instead.

Yea, I had the same 2 conundrums as you, but I think I'll stick with placate proc just incase I feel like dueling, plus CP can help in duels and I don't need the extra kb protection or to spend the money on an extra luck atm
Yeah tbh considering you're not gonna have the pvp damage proc in will dom for a while you can get away with leaving the placate proc in there, but when it comes to team matches I switch it for another acc/dam - but thats cas I have a glad jav in there.
  13. Well this is the build i'm running on live atm, as it stands its around a 5-6 billion inf build, but thats cas of the 4 pvp dmg procs, so just swap them out for acc/dam IO's/Hami-O's whatever you prefer/can afford. Also if that toon is only gonna be used for 8v8's or KB's take out the placate proc. if you're patient this build without the pvp dmg procs shouldn't cost more then 1.1/1.2 billion inf.

If you can't afford it straight away, first get the KB prot neccessary then the purple dmg proc/LoTG's.

Taking conserve power is debatable, I took it for the occasional therms fight, can swap it out for vengeance for more KB prot/LoTG.

Pretty much. with rad you can slot 4 damage procs into an attack with like a 1 second recharge, its crazy. I think energy lacks something to it, fire has a sick, quick flow of high damage, sonic can hit for crazy damage too, except shout can get annoying to use after a while, psy.. well we all know what the story is with psy, delayed dmg = spike, rad like we've all ready gathered easily procable.. so yeah unless you're rather experienced OP, i'd stick to fire psy sonic or rad.

On paper archery's damage might look quite good, but over all Psy sonic and fire, maybe even rad, all perform better.

same, and take the snipe, in team duels that + will dom are well used for spike damage.

I can't even tell you how many downs ive killed in RV with snipe aswell.

on a side note, true dark lord psy isn't the best because of placate proc go out and pvp and you'll see the other, more obvious reasons.

edit: you must be really stupid if you think psy/em's leave the placate proc in for the league and big 6v6 - 8v8 matches.

Your regen is far to high you only need about 500% and even then its overkill. the other builds lack ACC so if oyur fighting anyone that has decent defense... your dead. Since you dont have BU you need to get better ACC so you can double stack FU and not have any problems with your attacks connecting.

As for all the ranged attacks you gave in the build for claws y not just make a Blaster? i mean you got rid of the best DPS attack in the build Evicerate! id go for somthing Strike, Slash, FU, Focus Eviserate... Focus only for those bunny hoppers in RV. Put the chance of Hold proc from Devastation in so you can maybe hold them and attack away. Work on that for now and i llok foward to seeing your new build

daaamn son, if i started to count all the duels i won......so pro
I quit on you? I quit on you? I quit on you? I quit on you? I quit on you? Do you make these things up when you wake up or something? I'm talking about my psy/em blaster here, i've never dueled Mage on it, and no I didn't forget to mention my duels with Rice. But again when did I ever duel you on my psy/em?

    Blaster changes?

Very similar to the build I posted earlier on just put one end red in boost range other then that it looks pretty good.

If the person you're fighting hasn't got enough KB prot to protect themselfs from power thrust then you should probably win the match either way, going into melee is stupid both ways, the only time i'd ever use power thrust in the history of ever is if the person is right next to me, don't forget while you're animating TF, your oponent can still attack you - lastely if you're getting TF for that orgasmic feeling of killing someone in hiber then you're wasting a whole power slot on something pretty stupid.

    Blaster changes?

Aight heres the build I use to run around with before I joined the herd of sheeps and rolled a Psy/EM - I didn't take TF because it's a piece of **** and you've got issues if you're keeping it in your tray, by the time it finishes animating you can probably spam flares 3 times. replace dmg procs that you can't afford/general IO's you can't afford accordingly.

Might want to reconsider your epics then, force mastery can do well in team pvp setting with phase shift taken instead, but I think tactics is somewhat mandatory, or a form of perception, leadership/cold mastery combination might offer you a better deal, all comes down to personal prefrences, lol-divine rolls with force but thats because his blaster is team pvp settings, but yeah just talk to barrier i'm sure he'll inform you a hella lot more then I am. I have no idea who you are but welcome back =]
