How were you getting this many kills? Did you go in the arena with one character from account 1, then kill a character from account 2, login another character from account 2, kill him, etc?

While playing 1 account in a match with no drops I average 60 kills. With 3 accounts I just take turns jumping between targets after each kill. After a while it kinda became a game to see which of my toons could get the most kills within the timeframe.

If an account got a drop I just swapped to another account and went at back at it with the new toon

I wasnt asking for any reason other than clarification. I noticed my damage while farming an alt wasnt being doubled when it was held so I asked.

That is an easy way of doing it but it doesnt maximize your chance for dropssince you could get a drop on your first kill and waste 10 minutes on a toon that cant get a drop. BUT since you said you can do it while cooking and such I see your point.

I use my Fire/Rad/Fire Troller mainly do to damage output. I can rad it up while its phased then me and the imps tear it to shreads. With EF+Char(Dam/Mez HOs)+Fire Blast+Fire Ball and the imps it only takes a few seconds to drop the target.

In PvP is the extra damage done during containment only extra base damage? It for sure isnt full slotted damage

The you tell that to my combat attribute, that showed 2 debuffs from the achilles proc on my own toon while testing just that in the arena, it was lying

I know it works this way


And the way you explain it means it would not stack from another person on the team having it slotted as well.

Some powers are considered a different caster.

For instance...
A Thugs/Strom MM could put a proc into Enforcers and Freezing Rain. They are considered different casters so their procs could stack. Same thing with a Cold/Sonic defender. 1 in Sleet and 1 in Infrigidate. You are 1 caster and the Sleet is another

I know it is a 3 level max difference to get a drop

I do wonder however if being exemp in the arena would matter or not. Zones auto set everybody to a level and I would guess to make it easier they flagged the current level on each toon as its actualy level. If not it would really slow down drops. For instance, in BB you only need to be 15 to get in but can be 50 and still play there. With a lot of people in the zone and such varying levels it acn make your odds of fighting a person with a real level within the 3 level cap.

I still ould only got 50 vs 50 however since PvP IOs reatin all sets at exemplared level. So having the max return on slotting 50s over 30 is more better. The only difference would be when you can slot them.

But how do you know were didnt start farming at the same time?

I actually farmed quite a few on test before live to see what the hype was about. Then I saw how crappy PvP was and how I wouldnt need any of them to actually PvP. Live came around and so started the farms. With so many new PvE toons I needed cash and I just cant seem to make any infuence working the corner late night in Talos. Must be my this chipped tooth I got

Well, I'm assuming you're playing in Windowed Mode and taking a normal Windows SS and pasting into GIMP. If you do that, there's no reason why the proportions should be out of whack.

I play in windowed mode, take a pic, then can view it in Windows Paint at full size. I can even stretch the picture to resize it there although mine also becomes fuzzy the larger you make it.

Problem is when I send it to photobucket, even at fullscreen settings, it centers itself in the middle of my screen at a much smaller resolution.

I wouldnt petition the person but I would tell them they need to change it before it does get cut by the GMs. That way the person could remake the toon while it's still a lowbie with a new name

If you turn your head, squint really hard and push your left eye in just a little you can see my influence amount and a buncha my loot.

For farms go with +rech/+hp

For the ITF go with a Thermal or Sonic buffer. If not bring oranges and you should be fine assuming you have tough. Romans will floor your defense since WP has little defense debuff resistance and Romans have a ton of it to hit you with. With tough and some oranges here and there you should be able to run the ITF no problem once you get some added HP to your build

Mine has 2466 and doesnt have much problems on the ITF. with about 75-80% resistance to smash/lethal WP should have enough regen to live through romans and the EBs without droppin below half life

New PvP didn't bring in any new faces

Okay so I picked up another 10 or so and have racked up on more inf. I did some screenshots and when I edit them in paint I can view then full size but when I upload them to photobucket, fullsize becomes halfsized and I cant make it any larger. I tested the link in a post and it makes the image just too small to read and when you save it to blow it up it becomes fuzzy.

I play on a 47" screen with something like 1920x1060 resolution(IIRC) but photobucket caps my pics at 1024x540 or something like that.

Any help?

Each mob just made a few explosion sounds and was done

We ran an all Epic AT ITF a few times and stayed in the 100% defense range the entire time.

Domination offers Knockback/Repel/Confuse/Fear/Hold/Sleep/Stun/Immobilze protection on a mag 8 scale IIRC

Acrobatics offers mag 2 Hold resistance and 9 KB

Domination acts just like a click mez power for Scrappers and Tankers. The difference in protection from Domination is huge versus IOs and Acro combined to the max(PvE side that is)

Permadom offers Knockback and Mez protection


Purples offer the highest recharge set bonus around which make it easier to get higher recharge numbers.

I just dont see more damage being a reason to not want Permadom. You cant get it in PvP anymore but in PvE having complete mez resistance as well as resistance to KB and Repel effects are priceless to a Dominator IMO


Edit: Having perma hasten gives you perma Dom btw
