Edit: with the Rogue and Vigilante.... im talking about them being in the OTHER zones.... Rogues with Heroes and Vigilantes with Vills

hmmmm, this is probly my lack of patience... but during the day *for me ofcourse* the patcher doesnt want to connect.... then when its late at night it works fine..... i think they are trying to make me become a person of the night *which i basically am already, apart from the clubs and stuffs*

i heard from one of my friends that the new patch *whenever it was* was to fix something with players not being able to connect.... and most of you know i couldnt connect to the patcher leading to me question of "what the heck did they do to ninja a fix for me?" cause now my patcher is ACTUALLY patching... O.O

DLing and trying to run that other thing gave me my original problem... 'checking updater'..... it think there is the problem... its still getting denyed somewhere therefore the .lock is created to restrict access

nope, no updater oddness only thing is... my dad seems to think he knows EXCATLY whats going on... and that the .lock file is blocking other applications from useing something and then he rambles on about how i know nothing how applications work.

1: he doesnt know how CoH updater works
2: ofcourse i dont know how applications work, never wanted to till i wanted to be a game programmer
3: he doesnt have anything wrong with him..... but i think he was off his meds then

about running the updater itself and not a shortcut, ive tried running both.... same conclusion* with both of em.... they dun move.... and yesterday i think i left it for bout and hour and a half and it didnt move from "downloading file manifest"

well if the .lock file is doing what i think its doing... then we might have to *sigh*..... on the other hand it might NOT be doing what im thinking its doing and its actually just VERY slow which in the case of someone with small patience.... not a good thing (i think i has ADD)

As the title suggests.... >_>..... this is where you post you most oddest "I Want Bacon" moments XD..... you dont have to, i made this because im incredibly bored.

My oddest *not really that odd* was not to long ago, i was going to make myself a Peanutbutter and Vegimite sandwich *VERY yumtastic*, and when i was going for the butter i saw the packet of 2.5 kg of bacon sitting there *my bro in law + sister and 2 nieces came up and brought 2 packts of it up :P* (my bro in law is also a chef so cheap deals fo him XD) then i decided to make myself a Bacon and Egg Sandwich.... oddly enough i tried to cook the bacon in the same pan i cooked my egg in at the same time (useing butter as the.... grease?)

due to stupid updater issues (itself creating a .lock file and therefore locking itself) ull have to call on the backups.... unless ofcourse i gets this prob fixt b4 tues

one peice of advice if your intent on fighting CoT.. is pick up the next sheild with charged armor you only have s/l/en res... the next one conductive shield gives f/c/neg/en, the neg res isnt great but itl help agianst the CoT

..... i created a bran new "install" and unless i put in the Updater-win-UI.dll file in there, it wont launch.... when i do... it works for about 1 min... then it creates that blasted .lock file....... can i kill the devs yet?

Edit: is there a way to PREVENT a file from creating? cause i would love to create a file that mimics the .lock but isnt locking it

Well, im gonna do an install of my CoV disk, maybe THAT might let me in.... instead of creating a Frankin CoH install/updater from 2 different installs (my computer AND my laptops).... hopefuly itl fix the .lock problem... because thats getting stupid

Edit: it doesnt seem to get the .lock file.... but it doesnt seem to wanna do anything either
