Quote:Here's one for targetting:Here you go - here's one for locking! Keep in mind that the order is important...
Locking:- get target's name from target caller
- say "Locked" either over vent or team channel that nobody else is paying attention to
- franticly tab through targets until you find the one that was called
- realize that you are horribly out of position while countdown ensues
- First target is always Philly Girl
- Make a chat bind that says "----->Target is Philly Girl<-----"
- If Philly Girl is ON your team, target her through broadcast so that the other team will spike her.
- Continue to call Philly Girl for the remaining 10 minutes, whether she is in the match or not.
And that's all there is to it! -
If I'm home in time, I could run it on my emp.. idk when I'm getting outta skool

signing up @Vitellius for stalker

Stalkers have just as an important job as blasters do, if not even more important because some lineups rely on the stalkers AS and if the stalker isn't on target and is goofing off trying to AS some random just standing in the middle of the map or just isn't on point then most likely the spike is going to fail. Waste of TK. Other lineups maybe don't rely on the stalker as much, but they do play an important role and they do need to be on target and they do need to watch their back when they're out of hide because they are super squishy. I'm not too worried about new players not getting the full benefit of all there is to learn in BC2 by playing a stalker. There will be workshops for everyone, 1on1s and all kinds of lessons.
In other news... sign ups close tomorrow so remind your friends who haven't signed up yet to get on the ball!

Quote:^ You forgot your Scout!I agree with Masque whole-heartedly on his topic.
If anyone actually comes to RV on Virtue in this thread, we're actually one of the better servers on NOT playing FoTM toons. Yes you do see a lot of KM/Regens or Regens in period, but I see more toons that aren't FoTM over Regens anyways. I don't even play FoTMs... My Toons are a Grav/Nrg Dom, a Claw/Elec Stalker and an Archery/Dev FLYING Blaster. I've never seen another toon with the same powersets in the past 4 years of playing in PvP.
People who visit RV on Virtue may not see a lot of FoTM's, I agree with you there, however what they DO see and get is a lot of egotistical griefers that think they're better than those who are (non-PvPers) simply going in to badge hunt or as some do "PvE". (Don't ask me why people go into RV to PvE...) In fact, the majority of Virtue PvP nowadays IS broadcast PvP, lulz. So I can understand why there's so much hostility towards PvP in general coming from Virtuers. BUT! That's besides the point... the meaning for this thread is not to promote or demote Virtue PvP. However if you ARE interested in learning how to/about PvP, then the best way for you to learn is through the Victory PvP University! Duh! I wouldn't suggest blindly going into a PvP zone to learn. That's just silly. -

We should get currency for RP'ing. It's not as easy as it looks.
