Taunt isn't broken.
I'd never play for a tie, but it's a valid tactic. If I were to play for a tie I'd bring a way more retarded lineup than discussed here.
Saying that this is unfair to d6 but if you do it, I'll sit my d6rs (someone call the DQ police) and beat you 2v6 is highly hypocritical.
I don't like AT limits (even the stalker limit, which I voted for).
I don't like the slippery slope of banning lineups one doesn't like to play against. -

i13 PvP isn't as good as it was, but the changes weren't all bad and other MMOs' PvP is worse so folks came back.

I play my guys, yes they die a lot. But that is part of PvP none of you noobs understood: I never, ever built my guys to live, I always built my toons to do their particular schtick in combat. With the 7 builds around me, built for teaming, my builds always do well. So well in fact that the big talkers log off. But the price I pay for that 15 minutes of pure PWNage is getting ganked over and over by sharks and nemesis staff because I skipped hybernate and phase shift. But don't sit there an act like your good just because you throw some fish and a temp power around or have your own little pvp universe in the arena.

Barrier, what you are proposing involving lineups would result in everyone logging in at 9:04 and joining the match so folks can't counter. What we have now is better than that.
Besides the double-blind lineups ads a bit of strategy in having to guess what your opponent would bring (or simply not to care and bring your best lineup). -
