I think there are three main reasons why AR Corruptors are not that popular:
    1. most AR damage is often resisted in late game
    2. no nuke (although full auto is quite nice, especially with SCOURGE!)
    3. wielding an assault rifle doesn´t give you this feeling of being that supernatural archvillain from hell

    Oooooh, what a nice bet!
So, if you got it all right you win.
If you got almost everything right he wins.
And if you completely messed up and guessed powers involving electrocuting bananas you win again... although in a more expensive way (and you might want to make sure that your friend gets home well after getting drunk beyond recognition).

That sleep/fulcrum shift thing sounds like fun

    It is.
And since you are a good little sonic/kin with hasten and syphon speed stacked you can pull this stunt quite often. *looking forward to Ghost Widow induced fun factor increase*
  4. It depends. Actually, as a */kin I don´t see the point in flying high above things, because many of your powers require you to be close to your target and/or teammates to get the most benefit (like healing yourself for example).
So flying is fine for almost any corruptor, but for my */kin it would be a wasted power slot.

Only new thing will be that 'aoe teleport' power, maybe as lvl38 attack power. I gues im 90% close to the set.

    [/ QUOTE ]
A level 38 attack for brutes? Uhmmm, no, I can´t see that. I guess the level 38 power will be something like Overload.
But this "AoE Teleport" thing is quite interesting. I think (and hope) that it will replace the taunt in the primary powerset.
  6. I have just read your suggestions, but I must say that I don´t like them too much.
These effects would be quite powerful, so in order to balance them they could only grant miniscule amounts of boost... and that way they would be hardly worth taking because we have better tools in our primaries and secondaries.
And I think I already mentioned that I would not be looking forward to having another pet buff. My robots are already strong enough to clear normal maps on highest difficulty without much interference (other than orders) on my behalf, so how much fun would it be to make them even stronger? (And I don´t really see them transforming into Coralax either.) I don´t have to be able to go afk while my little helpers do Infernal. (Warning: slight exaggeration )
  7. Hmmm, okay, this could work, although I am still not convinced... I guess there would be all kinds of balancing issues. On the one hand you wouldn´t want it to be a "standard" rez, which would result in the MM faceplanting again, and on the other hand you wouldn´t want it so uber that the MM could self rez off Infernal and set up his private army again before said Infernal (or one of his Behemoths) realizes what is going on.
But I think the part with the distraction is really nice. And I could see this work for any patron in one way ore an other without a stretch. In effect this would be some kind of taunt / placate / smoke bomb in case you lost all your pets to some nasty AV damage output. As a matter of fact I would prefer being able to use this power as a panic button without having to die first.

Powers I would've liked to have seen:
    Sniper attack (help in PVP)
Self Res (like for brutes as we're too squishy when backed into a corner and a little extra defence ain't going to cut it if we can't resummon quickly/if there are more enemies than pet or if they're just ignoring our pets regardless)
    Another pet (shouldn't need explaining)
Another buff for our pets (again shouldn't need explaining)

    [/ QUOTE ]
I guess a snipe would have been nice, but the others... I don´t know if that would have worked.
Do you really think, a self rez would be useful for a MM? Especially this soul-draining kind Ghost Widow would have offered? "So, I am back, dear enemy, with your full attention but without my pets. Get ready to pummel me again!" I don´t think so.
More pets? Do you think, navigating in those caves is still too easy with 2 MMs on the team? I don´t see my array of henchmen becoming much stronger from a single blood widow or arachnobot blaster. It does make a significant difference for my dominator, though.
And if there was something I was afraid of, then it was the thought of just another pet buff coming with the PPPs. Why not make the whole pet buffing procedure even more time and endurance consuming as it already is at level 40? Well, let´s add 50% to both endurance and time spent for some effect that will allow those MMs to read a book or watch tv while their pets sweep the map. Thanks, but no thanks.
I am quite happy as it is. So I can use my non-pet-powers to turn the enemies into something completely helpless before my pets turn them into something completely dead.

    Envenom

Actually, Envenom is not that bad. It won´t necessarily save your weakest pets from that Lt. who is +3 to you, but it will sure make a difference if that Lt. attacks you or your human teammates.

If you look at the pet names, Brutes get minion names, Stalkers have minion/underlings, Corruptors have Bosses, and Doms have Lt's/Bosses...

    [/ QUOTE ]
Huh? Did I miss something? I really just see one minion name on the list (the Mu Striker). The rest (with the notable exception of spiderlings) can be encountered as Lt´s and Bosses. And yes, the Coralax Guardian is a Boss... and quite a tough one if I might add that.

    Mastermind Pets
