The Mystic Society will be holding a gathering in Croatoa for all magical heroes on the server of Virtue Monday November 16 5PM EST. The Event is entirely promotional to benefit the Mystic Society. If successful, it will grow beyond simple SG recruitment and into activities and events, and if popular, will become a regular event.

I'd love to Boomie.... But I left Silas on Protector. The highest I think I can do is Synapse's right now...

Since I'm new to Virtue, could someone fill me in on the regular and special server events that go on here? Also, could you point me in the direction of any of the various groups that organize such events? For ex. the Player Event Resource Committee...

Over the time I've been playing, I've found it to be a great game with (mostly) great people in it. I'm also relatively new to the server, but I already love it, and if you like RP, I'm sure you'll fit right in.

As for advice, I have a few things I've noticed myself.

1: You'll more than likely end up creating many, MANY alts. I did, but maybe not EVERYONE is an altaholic. Seriously take time and try out the character creator, it may take weeks to find a character that suits you.

2: Once you have a character you are happy with, play with him a while, MAKE SURE you like them and are comfortable playing them.

3: Time to RP, this is a bit harder, in your characters description, I would recommend that you let it known that you are a new RPer or moderate RPer. Proceed to Pocket D. BE CAREFUL in here, some people REALLY get into character, complete with prejudices and animosity. Also, some merely use RPing as an excuse to be an @-hole. So tread carefully.

4: There are plenty of neat RPing SGs, but before you even do that, I'd recommend you play for a bit, canvas the game and see some of them for yourself. Don't jump in right away. Who knows? You may not even keep your toon.

5: You ever need advice, hit me up in game @Silas the Longshot, I'll introduce you to some decent RPers.
