Let me ask this. How many other powers in the other games do you have to choose from by lv 6? If you just grab your primary and secondary here, you are missing out on 2 powers by lv 6 (not counting pool powers). Are you really telling us that this is needed this badly so you can try out 2 other powers?

100% absolutely no reason for this. Mids works wounderfully for this type of thing. Plan your builds out before hand.

No, it really won't. The "new" player will start to wonder how he can have unlimited respec's by lv 6 and then have only a limited amount after that. Not to mention the chaos on these forums from the vets who "want this feature extended to all levels or they will quit." Sometimes an idea has to be completely thought out from all angles before making any suggestions. These are just 2 of several that can come up.

Wow. I can't believe that some of you still don't believe that the devs won't do this because it goes against their design for the game. Even with quotes straight from the devs. Get it through your heads, this is NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. I also think that a few of you don't understand this F2P concept. I think you need to go read up about it before spouting anything about it anymore.
