Imagine all the work NCSoft suport will have to do as soon as the bugs come out with this. Again, /unsinged for all the reasons stated.

Okay let me try to distill what I was trying to say down to it's simplest form. Since people are taking rock-hammers to the examples and missing the basic point.
1: Simply because the devs say "no" (however often or emphatically is NOT a reason not to ask.
2: This being said, I agree with the devs (and everyone who's replied to me) that in this case, NOT allowing "total respecs" is a Good Thing<TM>. For many of the other reasons put forth in this thread (and in many others).
I just don't want people falling into the trap of "Thus Sayeth The Lord" and "Once said, it's immutable" with the addendum (spoken or implied) of "so shut up about it". The devs are human. They can opt to change their minds at a later date.
And responding to arguments from this POV is the worst form of sloppy "thinking". Because there's no actual "thought" going into it at that point for the response.

Well there's the anniversary badges, and for some characters, I'd have liked to respec, and just kept the accolades I already earned without going after them again.
Mind you, most of my 50's have at least 2 of the 4 accolades that grant +Health/+End. -

The dropping is def happening when zoning. But today was a little different my toggles were being knocked off during my mission with Carnies, when just the previous time I battled them I wasn't having any issues.

The bug usually happens when the various zone/server clocks are not synced. An easy way to tell if it's that particular bug is that long recharge powers will also be recharged when you zone and find your toggles off.
This is assuming that the toggles are dropping while zoning. -
It's a bug that has been around for quite a few issues. They got rid of it and it came back. I'm sure they are working on it to get rid of it.

The vidiotmaps overlay does not install or run any separate program. The only reason Vidiotmaps has an installer executable is to make the mod simple to use, and to allow one-click removal via the Programs menu within the Windows Control Panel.
All Vidiotmaps actually does is put some image files in a subfolder of your CoH installation. CoH, then, uses those images to override images it would normally use. -

Great ideas, but I was thinking of the person who would like to play this game without having to feel that they have to download all these little programs in order to track all these things. Also, I remember playing this game on the minimal specifications, and how I had to make sure I closed down all other programs in order to run COH without fear of crashing. I'm sure there are still players out there who can not afford a system higher than the minimum specifications, and thus something like this would help them immensly.

IMO, the new powers are just icing for min/maxers. By taking something like CJ, Hover and the stealth powers, you can incorporate more 7.5s, -kb recipes and what not. That's pretty much what i've been doing. Or the defender/ team toon can get stuff more like Teleport, Team Tele, Leadership and what-not. Just my opinion, but that's what i've been doing. Or actually taking a travel because since Ninja Run+Srpint i haven't gotten a travel.

You are not slotting the same way if you are running out of slots. If you slot the same exact way as when fitness was in your build, there should be no problem. If you don't have it yet, download Mids. It is a very useful tool in helping with your builds.

Well, I don't have any MM's that are traps. Maybe someone who does will come along to let us know. In the mean time I would say /bug it just incase.

I just checked my arch/dev blaster and it still takes set io's. It should be accepting KB and PBAOE sets.

Try getting the accolades for health and end and using sets that give a recovery bonus.
