Yes the blonde one is back, Allot has changed that I need to get used to. Like no recipe for completing TF's, you have to buy them with merits now. the problem also is they are using the free 14 day trial accounts to do this. Hasn't anyone ever tried the /gignore one on them and noticed it's also a giberish ignore name. The other problem is these are PL farmers that have no problem getting a toon to lvl 50 in a few hours. So if your gonna do it by can't send emails till a certain lvl or stuff like that it's just not gonna work.

This is part of what I've said in the past. First Kudo's to NCSoft for doing this, because this can generate allot of revenue for them by other companies wanting to advertise in an online enviroment. Then with some of that revenue generated NCSoft can turn around and market CoX on a national scale (we've all seen the WoW ads w/celeb endorsments on TV). This will also help pay a larger development staff and keep the expansion content free along with not raising monthly fees. So over all it's a win win situation for all parties and the fact that you can opt out of advertising is also a major plus for those who don't want it.

I'm not sure if this has been asked and answered, but with the 2 new epic classes do we get 2 more slots per server?

I hope that this re-investment does take things to the next lvl. I for one don't expect to see the behind the sceens stuff, but would love to see some of this re-investment in advertising on major net works instead of just the invite a friend to join or come back. I will admit that with the server upgrades I noticed smoother play but to see my home server locked out durring 2xp wekend was hard to deal with. I for one would like to know why I think it was i7 or i8 we saw constuction going on at the warwalls on CoH and some around the arena on PO but still no word as to why. And now with the demise of Marvel Universe Online will CoX be working on intergrating into multi platforms i.e. x-box, play station to expand on the super hero MMO and bring in what could be a larger market for the franchise? Just my thoughts is all.

Actually I've said it once a while back and I'll say it again. The only real reason WoW has so many subscribers is because of advertising. We've all seen the ads lately with the celebrity endorsements, i.e. William Shatner and a few others. My Feeling is if CoX was to advertise on national TV we would pick up a few boat loads of new subscribers and players. CoX to me is still by far the superior product by which all MMO's should achieve to be like.
The only thing I would want to see changed is raising the level cap from 50 to 60. My reason for this is simple, it would allow room to give Villains epic powers like Heroes have and Give heroes Patron Powers Like villains. And allow for a new PvP zone possibly based on player feedback.

If you believe the news about Marvel UO, (whatever little there is of it), copyright issues are not really a problem at all. The Marvel game is supposedly going to be much different than Co*, in style and gameplay mechanics.

One of the interviews instead pointed to the division of resources as the biggest factor for making the move. Both NCSoft and Cryptic wanted Co* to have all the attention and resources that it deserves, and for Cryptic to continue to operate the way they were, with two smaller-than-necessary teams and management that was torn between making games and running a company, the sale was the only way to make sure the game survives and flourishes like we all want it to.

what it does is when you hit your backspace you do the cellphone emote while the bubble over you head says can't you see I'm on the phone.

I just did this on my Hero and my Villian and I'm pretty sure it was Just 100 for each. Bloody Bay for my Hero and a Single Mission for My Villian.
