Tim blinked then glanced up at Ed, "Yeah I get that but.. nevermind." he stook his head then glanced about.

"Galaxy city hospital huh? I could get there in a flash.. however, I could appear too late.. or during it.. possibly even before it.. I need to know when it's happening." Tim said fiddling about with his limiter bands controls, twisting the dials, pressing the odd buttons getting them to quietly hum ready for his Temporal shift to Galaxy city.

Tim stood up, his rest had given him back the much needed energy, glancing to Slashshade he frown before slowly walking toward it.
"Huh? thats odd.. strange.. and almost impossible.." Tim muttered as he came towards Wild and Slashshade.
Adjusting his goggles he peered nearer at Slashshade's bound up form, frowning.

Tim seem to just fall to the floor, almost completely worn out from the whole battle. Glowie came down from where it was hovering and gently flew around him.
"Thanks Glowie.. but im just gonna sit here for a bit." He said placing his right hand on his neck, where the needle had stuck in.
His gloved hand seem to glow faintly has he temporal powers kicked in, healing the wound up. Tim then glanced over at Ed, ripping the limbs from the doc, he signed "Ed, must you?" as a metal limb landed a few feet away from him.

Tim saw the two freak-swipers running to aid their meat doc, quickly he raised his hands up, and spread them out infront of him pointing at the two of them, his neck still bleeding slowly from the wound.
"Hey you two! Freeze!" he shouted at them as his powers actived, Suddenly the two of them froze to the spot((Gravity Distortion field)) held in place and time by his powers.
"Hey Glowie, fling something at them for me." Tim said glancing over to his pet, suddenly it swirled before throwing a random dumpter at one of them then swirled again and threw out a lamp at the other. (( Propel))

Tim looked up quickly as the dart flew in, hitting him in the left side of his neck. "OW!" Tim shouted as he stumbled backwards, attemping to pull the dart from his neck.
But as he did he noticed the bolts flying towards him, "This really isn't my day this time.." he muttered as the bolts stuck his chest armour, wincing as they did.

Tim watched the 'Doctor' land right on clue, his eyes under his visor screen lit up.
"Nice shot Kata.. right, here we go." Tim shouted as he pressed the twister knob on the top of the watch.
"Transfer time." Tim said as he pressed it down, suddenly a beam of glowing energy shot out from the watch and hit the Meatdoc, then seem to spread out from it in ripples for a short way (Transfusion). As the energy rippled out Wild Red and anyone else nearby seemed to be effected by it.

Tim looked towards Wild Red, he might not fully know the person but he knew that he had to help as any hero would.

"Hey someone send a Freak over towards there for me! I want to try something." Tim shouted pointing a little away, (about 4 foot) away from Wild Red position on the floor. Before pulling his watch from the front of his belt and pointing it towards that place ready.

Tim glanced down at the cyber-blade as it phased through him, then up a the freak Swiper. "Gee.. like thats going to work." Tim laughed as he side-stepped the Swiper as it merge back into realtime.
"Glowie, give him a blast from the past!" Tim shouted pointing at the Swiper, as he did his pet glowing portal seemed to swirl and suddenly threw out a ramdon streetlamp at the Swiper, sending it crashing into him.

"Heh, guess thats something he never saw coming.. " Tim murmured looking around at the others.

Tim glanced about, for him suddenly everthing had gone slow-motion. He saw the saw blades coming at him and the granades, he could clearly see everyone moving to dodge them and heard the call from Kata for him to get out of there. But in a spilt secound he raised his hands and twisted both dials up to full unleashment.
"Temporal vortex shift!(dimension Shift.)" he shouted out as a wave of temporal energy shoot out from his hands hitting the sawblades, the granades, the Freakshow, even the freak devices powercables and other things in the room.
The only thing it didn't effect was the heroes, his friends.

Tim who had somehow found himself back at the door, followed in behind Molly, glancing behind him to see if the room was clear and to see if the others were coming.

"this thing.. dunno what it is.." Tim shouted back, infront of him was a large piece of what could be sewer equipment, however there was more bits added to it, power cables and what looked like a sound system. five levers were on one side while just above them was four buttons, each a different colour.

Tim glanced about the area, then now at his limiter bands nodding for a secound then looking to Ed and wild at the freak.
"I'll be right back.." he said twisting a dial on the side of his bands, Suddenly he blurred (superspeed) out of sight then a burst of wind seem to zip and zap around the room.

Suddenly a shout came from one of the far bits of the room, if somewhat muffed "Hey people! found something!"

Tim looked at the ammo crate, then to the sealed door and the power cables.
"Ed.. wait.. think about it.. a few thousand randomly aimmed bullets.. power cables and who knows how much water.." Tim paused as he glanced to the others ".. even I know the result of that.. im quick.. but even I can be electrocuted."

Tim skated up to the crate and sealed door, tapping it for a moment. "Wonder where the switch is?"

Tim has stumbled a little from the sudden shutting of the door, but in the fractions of a secound that that had happen he had seen something pass him, he stook his head and skated off to help those battling. Raising his left hand and allowing his limiter band to release some of the power of his mutant abilty he slowed down (crush) one of the freaks. Glancing about at the others around him, he quickly shifted his hands to his right and pulling the time off (Siphon Speed/power) the freak he had slowed, as he normally would in any battle.

Tim glanced about the area ahead of him, bobbing around those ahead of him to get a better veiw. The sparks seems to almost stop as he brushed one of the spikes from the Iris door with his left hand side.

He thought to himself "woah.. sweet joint they got.. kinda.. if you like heavy metal and punk mixed with a hint of dangerous overloading power cables."

his jaw just seem to open in awl of the place, for Tim this was the first time he had seen such a well built Freakshow base, even if it was taking him deep into the sewers and wasn't the best place for him to suddenly remember "Crud, I think I turned my powers off." as he quickly fiddled with the limiter bands control dials.

Right Tim is following along, aswell as his pet paradox portal (Don't ask, really). As for powers he has on his is glide(powerslide) skates and thats it given he OOC a Grav/Kin there really isn't much there, but he has the odd IC power which are more adaptions of those sets.

Tim glanced to Glowie, his grin widen as he saw his little pet, "Glowie.. sweet.. right hope your here to aid me this time around."
The glowing mass of sparkles just seemed to bob up and down gentle before hovering off down the tunnel, following Ed and the ones who had went that way.

"Erm, Kata.. don't worry about me in danger.. this isn't like the first time I've been in sewers.. or in this deep." Tim said turning to Kata before heading off, "Now.. you coming or do I have to shift you there."

Tim ahead off down the tunnel using his skated boots to glide along.

I'll have Tim for a witness should you need it, (maybe not in a good way given his powers and very interesting watch ), or theres Sean (Sha'dower) given he does talk to Ed and did lean a lab off of him for a while.

Otherwise any of them could go in the jurry.

Tim finally gave up and pondered for a moment, "loosen my armour.. gee if I could do that.. I would of.. derr.."
Again he reached for his right arms limiter control dial, this time around he manage to turn it just enough to activate its control matrix, making his right hand vibrate at quite a fast pace.

"Ah got it.. at last.. right.. here we go. Speedtime." tim said grabbing at Kata arm, suddenly she let Tim and he dropped to the floor, the move she was going to do on him continued on it's way, as if it had never stopped.

"Hey she jumped out on me.. and.. and I.. oo.." Tim's voice was still in a high pitch than normal, his nervous quiver hinted in it as well.
He tired his hardest to strungle free of Kata grip, but her frozen hands were still holding onto his armour tight and had no sign of letting go.

"Erm.. I didn't mean to do that, honest.. sorta a reflex reaction thing of mine, I'll erm fix it once i can reach my right limiters dail control." He said as he strungled to free himself.

As Kata flew through the door, Tim had just enough time to blink as he was lifted off his feet. But unlucky for those there his powers were much faster than that, in that moment he was grabbed his powers had activated and frozen the attacker in place, as well as the sewer water wave which was inches away from Ed's head. Tim screamed like a little girl as he had been grabbed, filling the tunnels of the sewers with his yelp for help.

Slowly something shifted out from it's hiding spot on the wall and hovered behind Ed, it's pure glowing form of sparkles acting as a light source, lighting the area up with it's yellow glow. It was Tim's pet, Glowie, the small paradox portal that seemed to aid Tim whenever there was trouble.

And yes, it did arrive and im seriously now considering the possiblitly of arranging for the white coats to come.

Indeed.. What else could be down in the sewers of Paragon city? And why do we always ask that question before it happend?

Indeed yay for a OOC post at last.

Timothy aka Time-Skip has so far manage to watch the first big Freakshow attack at the building, been tracking down the Mysterious Man, seen the death threat to Sean O'Brain aka Sha'dower/Night Wanderer. Now he's standing in a dark sewer with a half mad half human demon Edward, and this Dark armoured broadsword using person who suddenly appeared to one side of him.

Something tells me this isn't going to end in a nice way, and poor Timothy can't help it if he can see it coming and wondering if theres someway for him to hide out of the way.

Once Timothy had heard the word "Skip?" he slowly opened his eyes and glanced about, noticing the broadsword and it's owner standing next to him, Ed's normal red form he sighed as his powers dropped back down again.

"Gee, Ed.. next time try not to scare me half to death will ya?" Tim mumbled as he set his eyes on what was happening around him.

"Who the hell are you? and where did you come from?" Asked Tim as he finaaly saw that the person who had moved to block the blow in the dark armour wasn't someone he had seen moments before he had used his powers to protect himself.

Before the person had time to speak, Tim had turned back to Ed then looked down the sewer tunnel, he too could just make out the footsteps but unlike the other two he could see the trail of glowing sparkles behind them, and indeed around them which was from them in someway being affected by some Temporal force either in the past, present or future. Far down the tunnel Tim could see there wasn't much but as he glance to a wall, something was there.
