  2. I can't reccomend Cher either, she won't go with any of the furnature! And talk about high maintenence, it takes a crane an hour to lift her back-side up in the morning!     Unfortunately Pigs had free time durring the double XP weekend and reached level 22. Hover turned out to be a red herring, as Pigs took Teleport at level 14 rather than Flight. "Rational" thought shall thus not be forthcoming from Liquid Horatio X.

    Debuff

    So a to hit buff of 21% and a debuff of 16%, if I'm mathifying that right.

    PvP Merits for loosing would be a fair draw. A similar idea is done in that other MMO and seems to work there. Sure, you don't gain anything for loosing in PvE. But then in PvE your expected to win far in excess of 50% of the time, the average win rate in PvP.

    3 PvP Merits (or more) for a win and 1 PvP Merit for a loose would be a fair starting ratio. Costs in PvP Merits would probably have to assume regular wins however.

    Decent ideas overall for making entry into PvP easier and more appealing to the curious.

    At no point did Human_Being (the OP) suggest PvP in PvE zones. Some others, I suspect fans of PvP, did make that suggestion.
    Human_Being's suggestion wouldn't impact the PvE experience in any way, except that the current PvE draws to the PvP zones would become totally PvE (as an option), and that some further optional PvE content would be added to the existing PvP zones. Therefore broadcast in other zones won't change for the worse, or at all.

    This idea isn't aimed at the hard core PvP haters, who will in no way be impacted by it (other than some potential missions in [now safe] PvP zones). Rather it is aimed at those that either have no opinion on the subject, or primarily object to the current incarnation of PvP.
    In other words, if this happens, it won't harm you a damned bit.

    Will Cryptic be moving out of Paragon City? That will open up plenty of space in town for enterprising folks to move into. Someone will have to move all that equipment, the Scrapyarders aren't doing too much. With the newer semi trucks they won't have to use all the city's box vans for the move.
  21. Its long past time I threw out a few ideas I've been kicking around. Its not totally novel, but I've tried to present it as clearly as possible with as much potential for use as possible.
    This batch could probably be placed within the Pillars tab, and have the tab renamed to Structural or Architectural Features.

    Cost should be low or even free as this is primarily a refinement of the existing elevations and room sizes.
    Alternately to these 4 items, the Small Structural Riser and a duplicate wall mounted version could accomplish the same goal but would shunt much of the effort from the Developers to the end users (us).
