Oh gee what can I ever do to protect myself from the ebil PvPers in a PvP Zone? Easy. I go when I know the zone will be slow. If I am attacked, I don't cry like a lil kid who got his milk spilled over his mashed potatoes in the kindergarten cafeteria. I simply attempt to fight them off or I make it so boring to attack me that they lose interest. I'm well known enough that most people are bored with trying to PvP me and usually just leave me alone.
Learn to be smart about badging if you want badges. Dodge, avoid, scramble and use defensive tactics. Grab a heavy, let it die, hide till it respawns. Pillboxes? Grab a team of friends like in the original post and instead of all lining up to give away your PvP Zone Milk Money, gang up as the team you are and beat the snot out of the Ebil PvP'er.
The more you bleed your emotional heart into the PvP waters, the more of a chum you'll be for the sharks. However, an easier way to get badges is to take the offensive.

That line above usually results in people leaving me alone. However, it's resulted in badge teams several times and we even had cross faction cooperation to spawn AVs for those badges. It has also resulted in many people getting what everyone wants out of the deal, be it Rep, Recipes, Badges, or a new carton of chocolate milk and some fresh mashed taters.

While it would've been nice to have the group together from launch, Drama is a fact of life. Our current incarnation of TWPE does date back to January 2nd, 2006. Also kinda gone the way of Bill Z Bubba's group. A few of us remain active and I am the founder.

Because of this, you should hit FBZ if you're trying to hunt them in a small team. If you have a large team, either works, but PI allows people under 40 to join the hunt.

While I said I would've preferred the unlock to be moved to 35 instead of 20, I really didn't say how I feel about it.
I feel perfectly neutral about the unlock level being moved. Whether it's Lvl 20, Lvl 5, or Level 48.7, I really don't care. Why? I have 50s across both factions, across all of my accounts. Yeah, it was rough going for my first, and it got easier as I went. Now that it's all done, it doesn't affect me at all.
The issue of "it took me X Time to get Y Results and it should take that long for everyone else" argument is pointless. X and Y are Variable
Things get easier as time goes on. Whether it's the natural evolution of skill, or the dumbing down of aspects of the game, the game moves forward. As long as things are introduced as challenges, then there's always a carrot on that stick to keep me chasing along in this awesome game I love so much. -
As MB and Scythus have said, 30 would've been better. I actually would've like it to be 35 to fall inline with Cimerora, RWZ Vanguard Merits, and that it adds just a touch of "let's work to a goal."

Here's a few questions to help you start the negotiations of this deal.
1 - Is the IO Crafted or is it a Recipe?
2 - Is this a straight up sale or do you want a bidding war with IO to highest bidder?
3 - If it's a straight sale, what's the sticker price you're looking for?
4 - If it's an auction, What's the starting bid, and are bids handled through sending you a PM here on these forums or through ingame tells?
5 - What is your @Global Handle so we can contact you about this sale?
6 - Are you willing to transfer servers to deliver, or will that be the buyers responsibility?
I'm sure that if you provide a more detailed sale post, answering these questions, you may see better results.
As far as my interest, I'm not on Champion, so it would cost me $9.99 US Dollars to transfer an alt to my home server. That would hold true for many of us. It really depends on how badly someone wants that IO.

When you enter a PvP Zone, you explicitly agree to PvP by clicking OK on the popup window.
I rarely PvP because let's face it...I suck at it. Atleast I know I suck at it and just laugh it off when someone kills me in a PvP Zone. I'm built for PvE, but badging leads me into PvP Zones.
Suck it up and laugh it off. It's PvP...not a singsong kiddie hugfest. -
I fully support the exploration of this idea and the eventual implementation of this idea in a form that is balanced and fair.

Shadow has been on a badge run lately. The Hess TF is another badge that I'm still missing after all these years. It's not for a lack of trying though. So...in an effort to keep chugging along, I will once again try to get Hess done.
Now, I didn't get Lars Hansen as a contact when Shadow was in the 25-30 range. I did do Lar's arc via Flashback and Hess gives me the "Get your friends and hold on tight" message rather than the "I don't know you, get Lost" greeting.
Hopefully, we can get this going and run it tonight.
