it can be done yes. I have RI slotted with 3 hamis (def debuff/to hit debuff/endred). Tie this in with 3 end reds in EF, conserve power and AM and you have a viable build.

However, i would recomment still keeping it, as the pets really rip your stamina apart, especially with SI running.

Penatd arena>team arena>RV>>WB>>>SC>>>&gt ;>that other zone noone uses except to get shivans.

yes. having a fast recharging heal that can heal around 250HP or 450HP when coupled with powerboost is absolutely rubbish on one of the most hideously powerful set combos in the game.

Ok, the Best loser bit explained: As we have an odd number in the rounds well need one more player to make this number up. This will be the 'best loser'. The best loser will be the person with the highest kill to death ratio out of the people who lost their matches.

I think this offers a nice incentive, and i really like the fact that even if you lose your match you may still go through to the next round.

Righto, I would like this tourney to be pretty open time wise, as i know many peeps have holidays during it. I would like you to aim to have all first round matches completed by 25th of JUne. Any problems contact me.

Note..thePhil asked me a relevant question last week," can we take multiple builds into each match?"..the answer is NO!
Matches will be on test, and you can change toons builds all you like between rounds, however you have to settle on the builds for each of the three toons, before you fight!

dont fuss, ill see what can be done. After all, Im very happy with those that have entered. Im happy almost all the best pvpers are in there, and for this comp to work, well all want the best to compete.

Sorry to be the proverbial pain the the CenSoreD, but as this is a guide, I feel obliged to mention a few things. I dont want to sound like a 'ive played this for ages, therefore I know it all', but ive played this for ages therefore I know it all.

So, here goes.

Your build is a mish mash mix of PvE and PvP

1) You have too many attacks
2) if this is a PvE intended build ( which im guessing your after since the whole whirling sword bit ) then you only need one acc + FA in your attacks. This will allow you to stick 2 rch in your big attacks.
3) Swift+Hurdle is a PvP choice (imo) and Health should be taken for a pure PvE build.
4) Quote:"Air Superiority is nice but the other two are rubbish" - Flight is really NOT a rubbish travel power, and coming from someone who's taken teleport on a scrapper, thats hard to swallow, especially coupled with the fact theres no Super Speed in there.
5) Conserve power on a PvE regen...not really needed.
6) Taking an entire power pool for assualt only is a waste (imo)

Sorry to be overly critical, but BS/reg is one of the best powerset based toons in the game for building a great PvP toon that fares well in PvE too. Other builds you have to make a choice, pvp or pve, but with BS/reg you CAN have both, but im afraid with those power choices, you havent achieved either.

Your regen tree is solid though.

bah, x's mum could beat on that build..

..and i believe she does....regularly.
