How would I go about converting this build to sonic/mm?

Hi there I was wanting to dust off my old rad/psy defender and wanted to know a few things.

Are rad/psy defenders still viable in pvp and what IO sets or builds should I be shooting for?

Now that I have both my Sonic/MM blaster and WP/SM tanker at lev 50 I wanted to set secondary builds for pvp. I searched the forums for a bit looking for some info, but had no luck. Can anyone point me in the direction of a post or build for ether of these?
