  1. I don't see what you guys are talking about... I've been playing this game from Issue 7 up until now, and I've never seen anybody run away until their health dropped below 75%. No, I'm not using holds, immobilizes or any mez effects. I wish I knew what you guys were talking about.
  2. My internet blocker won't let me look at it...

That's tells me a lot about the picture... LoL
  3. I can also confirm placate as being broken.

I play a Elec/Nin stalker. Just picked up placate. It is a useful power, when it works that is. With the newer assassination, the "demoralizing effect" causes a ToHit debuff, and has a slight chance to cause fear after a successful Assassins strike. I generally find that whenever the "Demoralizing effect" takes place, placate almost never works. And since I open up every battle with AS, it makes it quite frustrating seeing your placate break. I used placate on a council soldier right after I AS'ed his friend, and he still proceeded to punch at me.

    So, yeah. Placate is busted.
  4. Your post Ultimus... is just... wow.

it just screams, "WHY WASN'T THIS CREATED YET??!?!"

Dev's if you don't make this, than in the immortal words of ganon...

    IO Confusion

Ok, since i9, people have been going on about having their toons, "IO'd out." After viewing the builds people posted, it astounds me.

I'm way behind on all of this "proc'ing out your build" stuff, and I still use SO's compared to IO's. Anybody have any tips on how to "IO out" your build? Seems like you just pick random recipes and franken-slot them on stuff.

Mostly I would like to do this on my Mind/Emp troller, though he doesn't have the vast amounts of money some people seem to have.

NOTE I probably didn't use the "IO'd out" and "proc'ed out your build" lingo correct.
