Hey all, i've been trying to come up for a decent blaster, and decided on a Elec/Elec. It isn't for PvP or anything it's just for PvE and Soloing probably, i've being trying to knock up a few builds my self, but can't seem to get the power choices right, i'm just wondering what works best from Elec/Elec.
