I think this was a rhetorical question. I think the OP was trying to express their disappointment in the game after 50.
I don't agree with the OP and fail to see their point.

not rue, this is my highest level toon, i just want to know where it is all heading.
f it is true that there is no real end-game, ill just RP a little bit until my account runs out...
i need an epic battle with real consequences.. -
so there is no end-game, is that what I'm hearing.
Is there no epic battle between the heroes and the villains? -
What content is there in cox that is considered end-game and what purpose does it serve?
-
I came back to CoX after 3 years of playing other games. When I logged in, I knew nothing, and since my only toon was just level 20, I deleted him and started over on another server with some friends.
So I see that the DEVs added in the MA and I thought it was a real cool addition. Then I heard about Meow missions and heard that they have recently been considered an exploit and some players were banned.
Does anyone have a link to what happened and why? -

to me, end-game should be pvp based around the heroes vs the villains. Some sort of area control added to it for purpose and some fancy titles and temp. abilities to those who win.

I respect your opinion, but disagree. If I wanted to PVP, I'd play a shooter (like Team Fortress 2, which I have been known to enjoy on occassion), where every class/weapon is balanced and it relies on the skill of the player, not how much time you're willing to grind for loot.
You go have all the fun you want in RV, though. I promise not to bug you there.

With enough people on each side; how could it not be balanced?
What's the point of having heroes and villains if they aren't going to fight it out over something important.
Seriously, what is batman without the joker? Superman without lex? The list goes on...
[/ QUOTE ]
No one would read a comic book if the entire Justice League suddenly just jumped on Lex Luthor while he was walking down the street and beat him into a greasy smudge on the pavement before calling him a "nub" and telling him to "lrn 2 play".
I'm perfectly happy joining a team of 7 other heroes against Lord Recluse, The Honoree, or Romulus Augustus without the politics of PVP getting involved.
Again, I respect that you want PVP, but don't force me into it. I'm more interested in the game's storyline than flexing my e-peen against people with purpled-out builds like the OP.

lol, you must have had some bad experiences...
How about a different kind of pvp where the participates were all evenly matched with one another. Seriously though what else would there be to do at end game - repeat the same story arcs over and over? Wait for the next chapter so you can do a new story line? PvP allows for non-stop new action with very little Dev interaction. By the way, no one is forcing anything on you, you and your friends can still team up and run your little missions all you want, but if end-game isn't heavily centered around PvP what's the use in getting to level 50 anyway? -

What the hell do you guys do with all those characters? How can anyone have more than 3 ACTIVE toons, there's not enough time in the day to do any more than that.

<snip>. I know plenty of altoholics tho. I just shake my head at their schizophrenia.

After you fill up the 12 character slots on 1 server how do you access the one's that say unavailable? -
My search function isn't really working to well.. How do combo moves work, how do I know which order to do them in, and how can I tell if I pulled one off?

The command is likely in the post above, but I have it handy here:
/bind MOUSECHORD +forward
I also don't like the auto-run to be started on it's own, so I saved this bind to a text file so I don't forget it. You have to issue the command one time for each character.
[/ QUOTE ]
Thanks for the reply but I'm not sure what that means...
Are you saying that I should log my toon on and type that command into the chat window, and then it will cause my auto-run NOT to engage off my mouse?? -
I like to use my mouse to move, so I just hold down both the right and left mouse button and away I go, however; if I hold both buttons down for longer than 2 seconds, my toon goes into auto-run which requires me to single click both my left and right mouse buttons to stop moving.
Is there a way I can set my game up so that my toon does not go into that auto-run mode while using both mouse buttons to move? I want my guy to stop when I let go of the mouse buttons...
