because your immobs and holds in PvP mean absolutely nothing now. so my toons will make short work of you. this is not pre i13 PvP anymore.

to be fair, blaster holds and immobs were meaningless in i12 too. freeze ray hasn't been good since they removed the insane toggle dropping from blaster melee

i used to like my psy blaster a lot. did he get nerfed?

did they change freeze ray from hold to immob?
