NAME: The Dead

HISTORY:My alt KOBALD was blind invited to join a one man vg years back. I warned the leader i was not very active on that toon, he didnt mind, and promoted me, i assume do to KOBALD's regal bearing and overprotuberance of moxie.the next month i logged back in and to my surprise i was now Chief leader and Queen.Seems the origional leader quit.Her PRIMARY EDict was to remove the lame tree logo as official VG chest symbol and replace it with the skull we are known for today.Then i got all my friends together and we made ourselves at home.Fast forward 3 years- we have a pretty good base.

ROLE PLAY:Kobald refers to all the Dead as her "Babies".

RECRUITING:not so much, but plenty of spots left in Coaltion if someone would like to share our teleporters and team up from time to time. My known friends' alts are always welcome.They can hit me up on global or whatnot.

Not long-winded.

I HAVE A FEW AR CORRUPTORS I LIKE./kin is fun, but a constant scramble of movement, targeting aoes and redraw./rad is effective but no hard hold for ignite.traps is awesome once you get forcefield, and aid self.and hover, and stealth.
the power i find myself skipping more and more is the snipe.its great for pulling. if u want the whole mob.
knockback on a snipe is actually pretty stupid.great for the lone runner when everyone else is dead or held.
now i do my first couple mob pulls w/ burst. it has enough range to use w/o alerting the group, unless they have a ranged attack that can reach u.it also debuffs their defense.
i try to target the closest guy in the mob, run behind some cover and squueze one off before i break line of sight.
those are my thoughts.bear in mind that these are not blasters but i think the advice on snipe still applies.

happened to my blaster on protector other day but snipe was fine.looked funny as hell but would get old quick, i think, a lot like that looping drone explosion we had last month.

the new forums look great, but i cant read any guides because all the links seem dead(in corruptor anyway).

i spent 4 hours trying to post my crappy avatar. look to the left to see how that went.
i admit im far from a tech wiz , but nothing.just. works.
nice touch trashing the forums a week before double xp weekend.
what was it last time? pushed out some crappy issue one day before double xp? or was it the 3 month base bug that stole our loot? hard to remember.

EDIT: texas_justice told me how to fix my avatar so now im happy and were gettin another x2 xp w.e. so ill stop squakin' about that.

Thank you. Protector server has been a Wreck for a few days. Hopefully, this positive Mojo will wipe out "The double XP weekend curse" once and for all.

yeah im getting it too. no problems b4 the update. had to verify my files this time. i got the message and the freeze 3 times today but only this time did i actually dc.it through my vista settings for a loop, too.i dont have a fix but glad to know its not just me .have a good night, all.

i never had a problem until i down loaded the "hot coffee"mod. or was it "hot cuppa"? dont remember.

I totally want this, too.we deserve the ability to get increasingly freaky- deaky.how would we set it up so its not a clone of super jump? i just want less >ugh ugh< and more >pizzoww! wazzup!<
