  2. Was just messing around with the possibilities with this setup. I have a ill/rad that is very good, I was thinking of a Def with Rad, but I have a few friends with them already.

    I think I may try this out as a PvP Duo build.

  3. Thanks for the Universal Endurance Reduction Training Enhancement.

    I still only play this game because people look to me and ask me questions so they can go and have fun playing this game. I would rather 20-30 people enjoy this game, not knowing what is missing than show them my old numbers and have them quit. Where has issue 3 gone? I dont remember hearing people complaining about [censored]. I just miss having fun, I realy do. I get payed to work, struggle, crunch massive ammounts of numbers and get pissed off when things do not work as intended. I dont get payed enough to respec 17 hero's, juggle 93 HO's and still cant make them vaible in PVE and forget PvP. Hold on...... I pay you, to get these same issues I get at work.

    In the long run 13.3% doesnt do anything to make the game more fun or help anyone. If you realy think it helps or makes you that much better or even a little you can just go on thinking that.
  4. I have been playing for a while now and I have seen alot of changes. I remember when I first saw the game a was just blown away. You used to be able to make SUPER HEROES. Then it changed to HEROES. Now its like you can make a slightly advanced person that likes to die over and over again because what you thought was a power that could resist/def/heal/debuff would work as intended or did work as intended doesnt now. I have a good number of toons and I just dont see any balance in the game as is. I would have to say it is more unbalanced than ever. I would like a responce to the following problems. If balancing is the goal then why is it that.....

    (1.) Regens only regen at 33% of the rate it used and only for moments at a time with 60% of your slots used to do this. You get to feel every attack at full force that comes at you even from enemies that are 4 levels below you and can die from just a few attacks for a ranged even level boss.

    (2.) Dark Amor is now 4x better than Invuln be cause it can get twice the res at half the slots by using half the numbers of powers to due so. Also having res to two things that Invuln doesnt.

    (3.)Defenders plain out suck in PvP or alone. They need to be able to buff them selves at least to make up for lack of and damage output.

    (4.) Travel powers have supression. [censored]!. Does the flash stop to hit his target and slowly walk away? SuperSpeed should be able to hit and run all day long aswell as having a high def bonus while it is on. Mabye a higher end cost with it. I dont even think you should have to stop to hit you enemy. Basicly supression make all travel powers not worth slotting at all other than flight due to it is slow as @#$%. Teleport is in its own game. Super jump should be a little slower than Super Speed. Flight should be just as fast as SS. Why is it these powers are not near balanced?

    (5.)Some controller single target mez powers recharge faster and hold longer than others. (Example gravity single target hold last for 15 seconds and recharges in 8 seconds as Fire single target holds last for 10 secs with a 8 second recharge. I dont even want to get in to Dps of the holds and Acc of them.

    (6.) Radiation blast is not a choice for blasters and why does it suck so much. Do you dev's not like radiation blast? You cant even see the effects of the defdebuff ingame as in being able to hit the enemy unless you hit the same enemy 5 times. In thta case it should be dead, but isnt since radiation does not damage at all. The only two attacks that do reasonable damage and that are usefull in combat are long recharge and/or have other purposes than damage. All of the AoE powers use way to much End.

    (7.) Defiance just doesnt help at all. I think a rubber chicken would be more useful than this " passive power". Those quotations get a hand motion with them. It is a greta idea and all, but it needs ALOT of work to have to useful and not being able to be exploited at the same time.

    (8.) Some controllers have almost twice the DPS as Blasters now and ithers dont even have a aoe for damage. IF they do have one , it doesnt do any real damage.

    (9.) The best over all best tank primary is now the worst. Invul. Now a fire tanker can out tank a Inv? or even a Ice? What is going on. How is it fair that one AT gets 3 or 4 res/def in one power. So they only have to get 2 powers to max out there potential. On the other hand another AT has to take 5 powers and not even get close to the same def/res. The slot count is outragous.

    (10.) Tank secondarys are all over the place in usefulness and Dps. I can see that some have more crowd control than others but it cant compensate the difference. (Example) Energy Transfer is still the strongest single target attack in the game. Why does a tank get that power? Shouldnt that be in a blaster 2nd power set?

    (11.) Controller pet attack rate and dps not even.

    (12.) Dark Servant and Voltiac Sentinel pets attack rate and dps suck. (Example) Voltaic Sentinel doest stay out long enough and doesnt do crap for damage. It aslo draws more agro to you not it since it cannot be targeted. Shouldnt it just be like a decoy or do much more damage. Dark Servant pets are just worthless against other pets. They get owned in every way. In the discription of the Dark Servants it says " The summoned entity is not a willing servant, and it is only your power that binds it in this realm.". Well in that case shouldnt you be able to tell it what to do. So you can at least make it useful. Other pets have either loads of damage, loads of holds, or both and fire them off faster than the average hero can. These two pets have none of this.

    This list is the things that bother me the most. They have for along time and are some of the main reasons alot of people have left for better games that do not change so much and have a overall better funfactor. I play now just to help my buddies that really love the game and still want to be able to play with out thinking about what they have to slot things just to be able to get by. I have seen hundreds of exploits in the game. There are still so many. You can still get to 50 in a couple days or less depending if you have a life or a job at that fact. I dont see why people cant do it, but I understand why people shouldnt. I do not agree with using exploits to make money in real life off of this. I beleive that just be looked into more than it is. Even the selling of a account on ebay should be looked into. I know my post number is low but that doesnt make me a noob. I have been battling with NC for over a year to get my forum account back.

    These are my beliefs and I stand by them. Everyone is is entitled to they're own opinion. If you dont want to post the responce on the board just PM me or send it to my email. This may not be the right place to post this but I cannot keep up with the threads here. Mabye a dev may pick this up and some how trickle its way to them. And just mabye I could get some feedback after over a year of not being able to post.
  5. I only got coh to play against villians, and I think I have waited quitely for long enough. I am willing to pay for 2 accounts. It really shouldnt be that much more to add on cov to your account manager. If money is that much of a issue you should not be playing any how you should be getting another job.

    All in all I just hope cov has the same fun facor and surprise as coh did for me when I first started.

    Although I hope to get in before my pre-order kicks in.
