Wish they had a warning that I could only buy one in 24 hours and I would have got the mutant pack first ... -

As for your problem, just go to

and log on. You should be able to press the "buy" button after logging on. You just need to find the right item_id=?? to put in the URL. You'll know you are on the EU page because everything will be quoted in English pounds.
GR isn't worth fully paying full retail price to me. -

go to help.ncsoft.com and open a ticket. They'll unflag your account so you can make a purchase. Mine was unflagged this morning and I was able to buy.

It was quite sad. Fugly was in there taking the pounding and giving them like a champ. Then that one strike came and he collapsed. It was like watching your best friend getting beat up by the local bully. Just sad.

Mission Eight - Part Two: Grab your temp powers & don't be afraid to use them - you can recharge them (all except the Fail Safe Guns -4 uses- which only Stalkers can use). Stalkers gain Max Stealth to enter the two gun rooms to nuke the ambushes, Corruptors/Dominators have attack/holds for the ambushes, Brutes/Veats gain a team End Drain resistance power, MMs can keep Reichsman from phasing.
What do you mean by the temp powers here. I thought your disabling them. -

Open a support ticket on the billing section, and explain that you are getting that message while you want to do a normal transaction. At most they will review your problem, see if the RM did that, and provide the unlock of the CC.

The zones of Paragon will probably seem a good bit emptier than you're used to (particularly if you're hailing from Freedom) but be sure to join the "Defiant Events" global channel and you'll virtually always find someone online to point you in the right direction.

I'm looking forward to playing with you guys on Defiant. My US account expires at the end of the month but I activated a new account on the US-Based EU servers now. Once I create and confirrm my new account, I'm hoping to set up a week long event the last week December. I hope to play many hours and complete raids I was unable to complete on Freedom due to so many players ( Hamidon, Eden, etc.) and lag! Check the calender for the event. I'm starting out a Praetorian. I'm trying to think of some cool EU names while I'm waiting for the 3.6GB client to install. How about these names?

Greetings all,
We have an important announcement for our EU players.
On 11th November 2010 we will be moving our four European servers to a new data centre in the United States. As part of this migration, we will be taking the servers down starting at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00 p.m. British Time / 14:00 Central European Time).This migration is expected to take approximately 6 hours, but it could end sooner or later. Check back for updates on the downtime.
This migration will help to centralize the City of Heroes servers allowing for higher quality and more efficient systems management. One location for all of the City of Heroes game servers will make it easier to support and upgrade the hardware. For example, as part of the migration, all of the EU game servers will be upgraded to brand new hardware. Also, it will improve our ability to respond to performance issues and streamline processes for keeping all servers up to date and online.
With the new data centre being located in the United States, it is possible that some of our European customers could experience additional lag when connecting to the game servers. However, the hardware is much newer, more efficient and our testing in most cases has shown no impact on performance. Additionally, customers in Europe will now consistently connect to the game servers through a more robust Internet pipeline. This means that our European players may actually notice improvements to their overall game experience.
This move does not impact your account, characters or game client. You existing account and user information will all be preserved. There is no work necessary on your part to prepare for this migration.
Please note that City of Heroes European game servers can only be accessed by European accounts, and City of Heroes North American game servers can only be accessed by North American accounts. There will be no server list merge or server merge as part of this migration.

I created new account and made a purchase but I had problems. I still got a coh_na_setup.exe file and when I tried to login to the boards I couldn't with my new ID. I had to open a new ticket. But I won't let this stop me. I'll be on EU soon...
