That would be nice, but I enjoy the whole "random acts of kindness" aspect of being able to grant an item on a player's wishlist, rather than going via billing and all that hoo haw

    End Game Content

I really appreciate all the fantastic, well thought out responses guys, it's been really helpful.

While I have no intention to zoom all the way to 50 ASAP (reading and experiencing the game's missions is way too awesome to rush them, I love reading everything) I do enjoy knowing there's plenty to do at the end other than just fly around aimlessly

Progress side note: Thanks to the awesome Sewer Trial which someone pointed me to, I am now level 21

  4. lol, I was just about to send a long, heated support ticket too. But before I do, can I assume this is the reason I get the popup "account Bloodmoore is not allowed on this server. Reason: Public access to this server has been disabled"?

    Title: Face Your Demons.
    Range: 1-54 scalable.
challenge: Tough, a mix of melee and ranged enemies all with an empathy secondary. Elite Boss finale. contains a hostage rescue and elite boss defeat section
  6. Please check out my arc, number 518558.

This is my first ever time publishing and I know it's very short but this is just a very small "dip in the pond" exploration of the MA's features for me.

I fully expect to be spending many long hours composing arcs once I get the hang of things.

Any feedback, tips, tricks and whatnot would be greatly appreciated, but please be kind, this is my first ever creation XD

    End Game Content

Alrighty, I'm new and I'm hanging around CoH a heck of a lot lately.

One thing I've noticed is that there's only 50 character levels, for an MMO that's 7 years old that's.... not very much

So, considering the max level is so low, what's the end game content like and how long will it keep you busy for? As it's one area almost every past MMORPG I have played has let me down in.
  8. I'd love to have Fly customisable, from poses (come on, where's the traditional super man pose?) to different types of flight trails

    Saying Hello

    Hello, my super powered comrades.

I am the new kid on the block. My friend (a 6 year subscribing veteran) has been trying to convert me to CoH for some months now.

Yesterday, I finally caved and subscribed VIP and I have to say, I absolutely love it so far.

My main character's name is Bloodmoore, identical to my global handle and I play on the VIP server. If anyone wants to ever say hi or drop me a few hints and pieces of advice, please go right ahead.

Right now my guy is a level 11 time manip/energy blast defender (any awesome tips or tricks would be nice, one thing I've noticed is I run out of endurance super fast).

I will end my thread with a curious question. Am I the only one who has to drop everything I'm doing no matter what if I see a mugging or, far worse, a circle of thorns ceremony going on? Seriously, I'd probably be level 20 by now if I didn't try to stop every single crime in Paragon city.

If you don't want to see the above, you don't want this change - it turns everyone into a RMT.
I still feel as though it's a good suggestion. Even if you do get those sorts out there, I would be more than willing to throw some PP at a player if I needed what they had to offer.

Once the game goes public I expect we'll have to deal with that sort of thing anyway
  11. Well, generally a wish list, where online store related items are concerned, allows others to, should they so desire, grant you items on that wish list.

So therein lies my simple yet, I believe, effective suggestion.

I would love for a player's paragon store wish list to be viewable by other players, so that, if they so desire, they could gift a player the desired item (for example, if my girlfriend put an item on her wishlist but didn't currently have the points for it, I could grant it to her)
